With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 5 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg I sqm 6 Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100- 120 TPH capacity. 7 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 8 Providing & fixing hard drawn sheet wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 7.75kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm and T-iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron of size 20x5mm including cutting welding, hoisting and fixing in position with M.S. flat clamps of size 50x6mm of 1.15m length with nuts and bolts with existing RCC railing and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 10 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 11 Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 18 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
