Repairs Of Ht Equipments At Panajiresidency Panaji -Supply and Installation of 11KV SF6 RMU,having 1 isolator & 1 VCB unit,Extensible type630 Amps 25KA,with over current and earth fault self powered relay with Necessary current transformer & other accessories.Make: Siemens, Schneider & Lucy The RMU will be supplied with necessary touch proof kit. 2 Supply of following size of 3 core, HV, 11 KV grade, ISI mark, XLPE cable with stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screened with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screned with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape(0.3 KA for 1Sec.) cores laid off,inner sheath of PVC tape,galvanised steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS:7098(Part II) with latest amendments.3 Core 95 sq.mm 3 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 11 KV but not exceeding 33 KV grade of size not exceeding 120 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation in the form of a trench as per Cable Trench Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge,sand cushioning with screened sand bed of 20mm thick , protective covering with bricks placed lenghtwise on top of cable all over the run and backfilling the excavated earth without stones or hard material and making the surface proper with 15 cm crown on the top complete as required.(a) Soily strata 4 Supplying and making Indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable kit for following sizes of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable upto 11 KV grade, complete as required.(b) 11 KV, 3 Core x 50 - 95 sq.mm 5 Charges for dismantling & Removing old faulty LBS. 6 11KV CSS unit Insul coating worka) Opening of Cubical metering unit.b) Cleaning of cable terminal Busbar.c) Application of HT Tape to cable terminal.d) Application of Insulcoat part A & part B mixture Alternative layer one by one.e) Testing of Cubical metering.(if requied) 7 Job of applyingpowder coat Paint for inside CSS. Job has to be done as per the instruction of the concern Executive Engineer. 8 Job of preventive maintenance of your 11Kv Current transformersby cleaning with CTC , CRC, applying demoisturising solution, De carbonising solution and providing anti tracking treatment , flashover marks will be removed by grinding treatment (if any ). Job will include dismantling ,disconnecting the CT and then reinstalling after repairs. 9 Job of preventive maintenance of your 11 Kv Potentialtransformersby cleaning with CTC , CRC, applying demoisturising solution, De carbonising solution and providing anti tracking treatment , flashover marks will be removed by grinding treatment (if any ). Job will include dismantling, disconnecting the PT and then reinstalling after repairs. 10 Job of transformer oil filtration of your 500 KVA transformer .The filtration of the transformer oil will be carried out by an caliberated machine. 11 Job of checking oil Break Down Voltage(BDV) before & after filtration of the top level sample and bottom level sample of the transformer. 12 Supply and topup of Transformer Oil. 13 Supply and installation ofSilica Gel 14 Job of preventive maintenance of your 11Kv Current transformersby cleaning with CTC , CRC, applying demoisturising solution, De carbonising solution and providing anti tracking treatment , flashover marks will be removed by grinding treatment (if any ). Job will include dismantling ,disconnecting the CT and then reinstalling after repairs. 15 Job of preventive maintenance of your 11 Kv Potentialtransformersby cleaning with CTC , CRC, applying demoisturising solution, De carbonising solution and providing anti tracking treatment , flashover marks will be removed by grinding treatment (if any ). Job will include dismantling, disconnecting the PT and then reinstalling after repairs. 16 Supply & applying of HT tapes on weaker joints 17 Supply & Installation of space heaters 18 Supply & Installation of Thermostat 19 Job of applyingpowder coat Paint inside the metering cubicle. Job has to be done as per the instruction of the concern Executive Engineer. 20 11KV metering cubical unit Insul coating worka) Opening of Cubical metering unit.b) Cleaning of cable terminal Busbar.c) Application of HT Tape to cable terminal.d) Application of Insulcoat part A & part B mixture Alternative layer one by one.e) Testing of Cubical metering.(if requied) 21 Detailed electrical audit will be carried for the entire building and the reports of inspection, fault and necessary actions to be taken and will be conveyed to you. The entire High tension system and the Low tension system of the building will be audited, checked & reported to you in a detail manner. The audit will be carried out by the competitive License Electrical supervisor possessing a certificate of competency / supervisor license issued by the Goa state Licensing Board.
