Tender For Repair And Protection Of Bridge Situated At Bilaspur Milak Road Km-19 - Replacement of Bearings complete as per Technical Specification asper direction of E/I 2 Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing of bearings under each span of bridge. The work includes lifting of spans from both ends, cleaning the bearing thoroughly from grease, dust & other foreign materials and scoured with diesel, sand paper and cotton waste and preaparing bearing surface for greasing including minor repairs with required material, application of graphite grease etc. & all T&P necessary for proper completion of work. 3 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres 4 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 5 Replacement of Damaged Concrete Railing. 6 Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications. 7 Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1. 8 Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical Specification 9 Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy 10 Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specification 11 Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification 12 Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications 13 Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including its disposal complete as per Technical Specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m 14 Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516. 15 Replacement of Expansion Joints complete as per drawings 16 Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instructions for installation. 17 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.PCC Grade M15 18 Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification 19 Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 20 Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications 21 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5 mm spaced 2m center to center, 1.8 m high with 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1384, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 300 mm long complete as per clause 810. No. 27 (Ch. 7.600 to 7.700) +(29.030 to29.130) 22 Painting first coat over priming coat (but execluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of tandered make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all durt dust and othe foreing metter sand paparing and stripping including cost matter and scouredwith wire brushes fine steel/wood scrappers sand paparing and knotting including coat of all and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 23 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (as per IRC:67-2012 clause 14.60) 24 Cautionary Sign- T-Junction/X-Junction Sign & zebra etc (90 cm equilaterial triangle) 25 Hazard Sign Board(30 cm x 90 cm rectangular) 26 Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickeness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes. 27 Cat Eyes (raised pavement marker).Supply & fixing of moulded cats eye without shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflected pannel with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face conforming to ASTMD for 4280 type H and complying to specification of categories a of MORTH CIRCULAR NO RW/NH/33023/10-07-DO-III 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm 150 mm and 105 mm and with minimum relfective area of 13 sqcm. and the each side slope to the base shall be 350. Fixing will be without nails but using with twin polymer shanks bitumen adhesive on bitumen roads as per manufactures recmmendation including site clearence etc. and complete as per direction by E/I.
