    Tender For Budgetary Offer For Supply Of 33 Kv Power Cable; Voltage Grade 33/33 kV (Un-Earthed System) Service Voltage 33kV Conductor Aluminum, stranded, compacted, circular, H4 Grade as per IS 8130. (Screened cable with copper tape laid up with PP fillers). Conductor Size 400 sq.mm No. of Cores 3 Core Conductor Screening: Extruded semi-conducting compound (cross-linked, black), over conductor as per IS 7098 Part II Insulation XLPE insulation, dry cured (nitrogen gas cured), thickness: 8.8 mm nominal, as per IS 7098 Part II Insulation Screening: Black extruded semi-conducting compound + 0.09 mm (minimum) thick copper tape lapping as metallic part to suit Core Identification: Red, Yellow & Blue colour strips Inner Sheath: Black extruded PVC Type ST-2 (FRLSH, Anti-rodent, Anti-termite) Armouring: Round GI (galvanized steel) wires Water Swellable Tape: Non-conducting water swellable tape (0.3 mm thick) over armour Outer Sheath: Red coloured, extruded PVC (ST-2, FRLSH, Anti-rodent/Antitermite) as per IS 5831 (oxygen index ≥29%, temperature index ≥250°C). Temperature Rating 90°C continuous, 250°C under short-circuit (for 1 sec) Tan Delta: Max 0.004 at Uo; increment 0.002 from 0.5 Uo to 2 Uo Partial Discharge: ≤10 pC at 1.73 Uo, as per IS 7098 Part II / IEC 60270 Impulse Test: 170 kV HV Test (between Conductors & Screen/Armour): 48 kV (rms) for 5 min DC Resistance: As per IS Length & Tolerance: 1000 m ±5% per drum; overall PO tolerance ±1% End Sealing: Heat Shrinkable Caps Marking: Meter marking, size, voltage rating & year throughout cable Standard: IS 7098 Part II – 2011 (with latest amendments) / IEC 60502-2 Testing: Routine test, Acceptance test at manufacturer’s place and Type Tests (Test Certificates are to be provided)
