PN 1.0 sluice valves shall generally conform to IS 14846 / DIN 3352, with length over flanges as per PD or ALT 1 of IS 14846 corresponding to BS EN-558/150 5752 Basic Series 3 & 15 respectively. body/ door/ dome ductile iron GGG 40/IS:1865 Gr.400/15, spindle Non-Rising Stainless Steel AISI 410, Body seat face door or Spindle Nut Gun metal IS: 318 Gr. LTB2, flanges to drilled as per IS:1538 table 4 & 6. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved 3 Supply of 400mm dia. Valve shall be in graded Cl with metal to metal (IS:318 Gr. LTB2) having body, door in CI to IS, 210 Gr. FG. 260, Body ring and door ring of Gun metal IS:318 Gr. LTB2. Hinge pin of SS 410, Rivets of Carbon Steel, Flange are drilled as per IS 1538 Table 4, PN 1.0 Make: Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved 5 P/f of 150 mm dia. PN 1.6 air valve, the valve genrally confirms IS : 14845 : 2000, body cover, cowl grey cast iron IS:210 Gr 200 Stem SS IS : 16603, Body seal ring EPDM float timber ball over with soft vulcanite. 6 Supply of 400mm dia. 20 mm thick MS Flange 7 Supply of 400 mm dia. MS Pipe 6mm thick. Make : Jindal/TATA 8 Supply of M.S. Nut bolt & Washer of off size. 9 Supply of 50% Neoprene Rubber sheet. Make : Jyoti 10 Fixing the New sluice valve of 400mm dia. ( 1 Nos.) by cutting, welding and grinding works with the help of above mention rubber packing and Nut Bolts etc as required at site i/c toll and tackles and cartage with required civil works. 11 Fixing the New NRV & sluice valve of 150mm dia. (8 Nos.) by cutting, welding and grinding works with the help of above mention rubber packing and Nut Bolts etc as required at site i/c toll and tackles and cartage with required civil works. 12 Testing & commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD & then at ON LOAD and for its proper operating as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
