    Tender For Annual Maintenance Of 3 TPH M/s K-1567 Boiler (Shreelaxmi Make) Boiler 1. Chemical Cleaning - Water Side(S hell And 168 Tubes). 2. Flue Cleaning Of Furnace And Tube(168 Fire Row Tubes) Including RALV Motors And Ducts, And Ash Collecting Areas Including Mechanical Dust Collector And Water Pre Heater Etc. 3. Servicing Of All Boiler Mountings Including Main Header Valve, Main Steam Stop Valve, Blowdown Valves, Mobrey And Its Assembly, Feed Check Valve, Air Vent Valve, Safety Valves (2 Nos) 4. Refractory Works (Bricks) Repairing Inside The Furnace And Front Door, (Approx 30 Bricks & 50 Kg Refractory Cement Required) 5. Repair The Supports (Iron Poles) Of Main Steam Line From Boiler Main Header Valve To 200 TPD Oilmill ( Approx. 31 Poles). 6. Provide An Inspection Door To The Duct From Mechanical Dust Collector To ID Fan And Patch Works To Be Done Near ID Fan Damper. 7. Replacement Of Two Nos Ofdual Disc NRVs (40mm) At Feed Water Line.
