| 13 | S&F in repair for Concertina coil of 610mm dia razor type made out of 2.5mm dia SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire 145 to 150 N/sqmm zinc coating 240gms/sqmm (min), weight of coil shall be minium 8.57kg/coil when being not streched, stretch length of coil shall be 6.25Rm after laying. min nos of turns in each coil shall be 49/50. Galvanised razor ribbon type shall be of size 0.5mm thick,19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire. Concertina coil shall be fixed to angle iron swan neck supports using GI clips 125 to 127 Nos per coil and special nuts and bolts for holding coil together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge etc all as specified and as directed NOTE:- Sttetch length of concertina coil shall be measured in running metre. |
