4M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
5M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornicespilasters etc and applying two coat of oil bound Distemper(OBD) over a coat of priming surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
6Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
7M&L for Brick work with sub class \"B\" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
8M&L for Brick work with sub class \"B\" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6(Except brick), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
9M&L for Brick work with sub class \"B\" bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in halfbrick thick walls in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
10M&L for hangar door seal of rubber (PVC ) having width of 150 mm , 4-5 mm thick to fix at hangar doors, BP doors with fixing arrangement of screw with washer as per site requirement, prevent the gap between doors as per site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
11M&L forRepair/Maintenance to existing sliding Hangar door shutter, each leaf of size exc 2.50 M but n.exc 7.50 (clear width) and 7.50 to 12.0 M (clear height), straightening of worn-out top & bottom rails, replacing unserviceable rollers, tightening/replacing the loose nut and bolts, necessary /required welding, replacement of broken locking arrangement oiling, greasing etc and positioning of door shutter in same opening for smooth functioning of hanger door shutter incl. resetting of derailed steel gates on the existing rail, welding, drilling etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Note:- (a)Repair Work shall be carried out on Quarterly basis (i.e. after Every 3 Months and when requiredon urgent basis)(b) The replacement of broken/old parts such as Nuts, Bolts, Rods, Flat Iron, Angle Iron, channel ,Guide Rail, Ball Bearing, and welding work etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

45Taking down existing hangar door wheel shaft of hangar door, cutting by gas welding etc with necessary arrangement for lifting door through jack etc, for removing hangar door wheels, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
46S&F in repair Hangar door wheel weight 20.00 Kgs to 35 kgs each, fixing in position by lifting existing hangar door to put in position, greasing and with necessary lifting, jacking, welding work including fixing of shaft with two or more Nos Ball bearings of suitable size with locking pin etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.(Note : Ball Bearing shall be measured and paid for separately)
47S&F in repair Hangar door wheel weight 5 Kgs to 10 kgs each, fixing in position by lifting existing hangar door to put in position, greasing and with necessary lifting, jacking, welding work including fixing of shaft with two or more Nos Ball bearings of suitable size with locking pin etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.(Note : Ball Bearing shall be measured and paid for separately)
48M&L for re-fixing of wheel at same position (obtained from item No 45 above) after overhauling to existing hangar door wheel through greasing, alignment, changing shaft/ ball bearing along with safety pins, making function able, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
49S&Fin replacement of Ball bearing of any dia for hangar wheels, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
50S&F in repairs hangar door wheel (top of hangar door height n. exc 15m) of dia not exceeding 200mm, 30-50 mm thick, having hole on centre n. exc 20 mm dia to fix nuts and bolts to facilitate to hangar door move smoothly, fixing in position by lifting existing hangar door to put in position, greasing and with necessary welding work etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Note:- (a) Rate of scaffolding, ladders, safety arrangements and any other arrangements as required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

58M&L preparing for old concrete/ brick Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a coat of Primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
59NOTE: for srl No: 1 to 58(a) These items will be executed in hangar roofand walls at height upto 25 mtr from ground level, suitable all necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor to work at the height of 25 meter.(b) Sufficient arrangement shall be made by the contractor to protect existing floor during dismantling/fixing of sheets, Nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account . if any damage made to floor during execution of work the same shall be made good as per existing specification of floor by the contractor without any extra cost.(c) Dismantling of sheets should be done carefully without damage to structure and earthling strip if any. if earth strip required to be dismantled, contractor will refix the same after providing sheet without any extra cost.
60M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
61M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of fire resisting paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
62M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
63M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling including cornices pilasters etc. And applying three coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
64M&L for renderingon concrete/brick surfaces 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces of SWT finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
65M&L for Cleaning of SWTof any description and capacity not less than 5000 liters, descaling, washing complete with soap solution and removing vegetation/ spoil/ silt from SWT incl removing of spoil out side of area as directed incl repair if required or applying water proofing solution & confirming to leak proofto the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.NOTE: Plaster and water proofing compound should be measure and paid separately.

67M&L for 24 gauge chicken wire mesh for plastering work at joints of wall & beam Rcc etc, of10 mm to 13 mm opening dia size, fix with nails, screws or supporting arrangement as required or as, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
68M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on brick surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
69Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removingrubbish outsideMD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
70M&L for non skid ceramic tiles/ non skid tiles coloured,area of eachtile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.16sqm as per the existing tiles and size as suitable/ matching with the existing tiles in dados/ floors including set and jointed in neat cement in CM 1:6 slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
71M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick cement plasterin cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
