S.I NO.502(c) 3 Cement concrete with 2 cm. (1½) gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportionof 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.no.279(i)) 4 12 mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:4 brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8 (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.584 i) 5 Poviding and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over platered surface to prepare smooth complete AS per dsr 13.26 6 Two or more coat applied 1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat water proofing cement paint applied 2.20kg /10sqm As per dsr 13.46.1 7 Earth filling under plinth by cartage earth brought from out sideup to 4.0km from onstruion site (analysis) 8 Painting first coat over priming coat ( but excluding cost of priming coat ) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard ..
