Lowering Of Submersible Pumping Machineries In Rbtw And Other Allied Works Under A.S.T.A. W/S Scheme.- 1 S/M P/M lowering portion(At Low lift):- 2 Lowering of Submersible pump Motor set along with 80 mm dia Column pipe part by part in the existing Tube Wells with an arrangement of Derrick and Chain Pulley arrangement, making Pipe line connection etc. all complete as per direction of EIC. (Submersible pump-motor & Column pipe supplied departmentally) 3 Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2(motor cable) and 3 core X 4/6 mm2 submersible flat copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction. 4 Making straight through joint of 3 core 10 mm2 and 3 Core X 4 sqmm Cu flat submersible cable by supplying ferule ans necessary socket all complete as per direction. 5 Yard lighting portion:- 6 Dismantling and lowering of the indoor lighting luminaries andafter disconnection of electrical connection etc as per direction. (2 Nos for Guard Room+4 Nos for High Lift Pump House) 7 Dismantling and lowering of the outdoor lighting luminaries from the top of the pole as well as outside of pump house and OHR by using of scaffolding arrangement after disconnection of electrical connection etc as per direction. 8 Supply & delivery of following electrical accessories at site:- 9 70 Watt. LED Highly efficient IP66 LED street-light with aluminium pressure die-cast housing, toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution,higher spacing between poles and maintenance-free system.(Make-Approved Make) 10 3 Core X 1.5 Sqmm industrial flexible copper cable wire/dia-30/0.25 PVC insulated with PVC sheathed.(Make:Approved Make)(For Outdoor street light+Flood Light) 11 4 ft. long 22 Watt LED Tubelight Slim LED batten with aluminium housing and polycarbonate diffuser is an ideal replacement solution for existing battens/fluorescent lamps with elegantly designed end caps.(Make-Approved Make) 12 50 Watt High efficiency IP:66 LED flood light with pressure die cast aluminium housing in rectangle shape and toughened glass in the front. Best suitable for area lighting.(Make-Approved Make)(For CWR) 13 45 Watt. LED Highly efficient IP66 LED street-light with aluminium pressure die-cast housing, toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution,higher spacing between poles and maintenance-free system.(Make-Approved Make) 14 Fixing only single 22 Watt LED Tube fitting complete with all accessories directly on wall/ceiling by screws etc.(Toward New Directline RBTWs) 15 Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure.(From Top of the CWR) 16 Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on poleincluding S&F 40 mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI Pipe(ISI-Medium)bracket with 40 mm x10 mm thick, MS clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) from loop box at the base of pole to light fiting through pole & bracket (without control switch) including making connections & painting.(1 No for Chlorine Room) 17 Fitting & fixing of the outdoor lighting luminaries along with new & old accessories to the pole and sub-station building etc as per direction of EIC.(For Street Light) 18 Supply and delivery of 4 core X 4 Sqmm Aluminum Armoured, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable,conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC.(Make:-Gloster/Mescab/Polycab/other approved in vendor list.) 19 Laying of one No 4 Core X 4 Sqmm cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 20 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emerypaper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint.(Upto 9 Meter long pole) 21 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming. 22 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat. 23 Supplying and Fixing GI water proof looping cable box havinghinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasketlining,railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthingterminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl.addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1) after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. where necy. incl. painting.(200 x 150 x 100mm) 24 Supplying and fixing MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. 25 2 Way. 26 4 way. 27 Supplying and fixing, 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.(Make:-l&T) 28 6-32 Amp, DP MCB. 29 6-32 Amp, SP MCB. 30 63 Amp, FP MCB. 31 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 32 4 Core x 4 Sqmm. 33 Placing the (upto 9 Meter) Steel tubular pole in proper position, then removing concrete muffings debris, Next make required brick work to stand the pole with out any slanting, this cost including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole as per direction of EIC. 34 Connecting the pole to earth busbar including S & F GI(Hot Dip) wire of size as below,spiral on pole body as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.(No. 12 SWG.) 35 Earthing with GI earth spike(1822mmX20 mm) and grouted the same under the ground level as per direction. 36 Supply and fitting, fixing of 63 A TPN Main Switch with Re-wireable fuse link within sheet steel enclosure.(Make -Havells) 37 4 Sqmm PVC insulated(Un-sheathed) FR-LSH Cu wire single core multi strand 1.1 KV grade as per IS:694.(Make-Polycab) 38 Supplying and fixing 20 Amp, SP, 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.(Make:-L & K) 39 Add GST @ 18% 40 Add CESS @ 1%
