    Tender For Repair Works Onboard Ship => Limited; 1 H-556: -01 no port hole glass of Gunnery office broken due to tug push. Port hole to be removed and glass to be renewed as per sample. Port hole to be fitted back and hose test to be carried out. All inway job included. 2 H-559: -02 nos HP jet washing machine frequently getting tripped and malfunctioning. Washing machine to be repaired and proved for satisfactory operation. All inway job included. Make- M/s Bosch. 3 H-567: -05 nos stowage drawer of various locations at SO’s dining hall pantry, galley, engineering workshop, MCR & OPS room uprooted from base. Suspect sliding channels deformed. Sliding channels to be renewed as per sample & drawer to be proved for satisfactory operation. All inway job included. 4 H-571: - Port hole glass support ring plate of water tight doors deteriorated and deformed. Support ring plate to be renewed as per sample. All inway job included. Mat- Stainless steel. Qty- 06 nos 5 H-572: -ASP compartment mushroom hood protection GRP container deteriorated and deformed. To be repaired as per sample. All inway job included. 6 H-574: - HP hose of fixed type deck washing machine deteriorated and leakages at many places. To be renewed as per sample. All inway job included. Job involves crimping of hose at both end for fixing of adaptors. Length-10 mtrs, Dia- 12mm, Mat- rubber coated HP flexible hose. 7 H-576: - GI chain used along with mooring ropes for berthing of ship deteriorated and its link deformed. GI chain to be repaired/ renewed as per sample. All inway job included. Dia of link-20mm, Total length-10 mtr
