From Sumit Nursing Home To Gurudwara Road In Ward 53 Shastri Nagar Sector 2- Dismentalling of old interlocking tiles with all comp. 2 Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 3 Disposal of malwa from site up to 8 Km cartage distance with all comp of work. 4 Supplyand stacking of hard stone22.4 -53 mm gauge stone ballast i/c All comp work 5 Consolidation of hard stone ballast byhand rammer including opening out stacks sorting hard stone ballast into three sizes, repairing patches in existing road suface with hard stone ballast making medhi to retain water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 30 meters (100 ft.) carriage of water 200 metre supply and maintenance of barriers and all tools and plants required for proper completion of work, hard stone ballast to be supplied to the contractor free at site.but 12cm (loose) thick coat of stone ballast excluding roller charges +all comp. work 6 Consinction of un-reinforced without dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint only plan cement concrete pavement thickness as per disign over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:2:4) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to lS 383 maximum size of coarse aggegate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capicity and appropriate weight batcher using approvd mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channal laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacled using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in constinous operating including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per normsapplying debonding strips primer sealent dowel bars,near approaches to bridges /culvert and consruction ,joints admixtures , as approved curing of concrete slabs for fourteen days ,curing compound,(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical spercification clause 1501 i/c cost of polyethene sheets and dowel bars and also including complete shifting of material and concrete etc when thickness of cc is less than 20 cm ( wuthout dowel bars) m-30 7 providing of trimix for cc road i/c hire &fuel charge of concrete floter+ all complete 8 providing & applying concrete of hardner of cc road top surface i/c all complete 9 providing and filling in posite rubberized hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joint in road / pavement including groove cutting as per norms etc all complete 10 Deductionfor old interlocking tiles all comp of work 11 Supply and Fixing Sign Board at site.+all comp.of work.
