THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATED BY THE PRESSURE GAUGE WHEN THE NUT COMES TO LOOSE (LOOSENING PRESSURE) IS TO BE RECORDED IN THE CHECKING TABLE. THE BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED TO THE NORMAL TIGHTENINIG PRESSURE THEREAFTER. TIGHTENIG PRESSURE 1500 BAR. 99 END CHOCK BOLTS TIGHTNESS TO BE CHECKED (USING HYDRAULIC JACK MARKED WITH EPOXY CHOCKS) BY RAISING THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SLOWLY WHILE CONSTANTLY ATTEMPTING TO LOOSEN THE NUT WITH THE TOMMY BAR. THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATED BY THE PRESSURE GAUGE WHEN THE NUT COMES TO LOOSE (LOOSENING PRESSURE) IS TO BE RECORDED IN THE CHECKING TABLE. THE BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED TO THE NORMAL TIGHTENINIG PRESSURE THEREAFTER. TIGHTENIG PRESSURE – 1500 BAR. 100 END CHOCK BOLTS TIGHTNESS TO BE CHECKED USING HYDRAULIC JACK MARKED WITH END CHOCKS AND RECORDED. THE BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED TO THE NORMAL 101 TIGHTENINIG PRESSURE THEREAFTER. TIGHTENIG PRESSURE – 1500 BAR. 102 IMMEDIATELY AFTER FINISHING OF CHECKING OF THE LOOSENING PRESSURES OF THE HOLDING DOWN BOLTS AND THE RETIGHTENING OF THE HEIGHT OF THE EPOXY SUPPORTING CHOCKS ARE TO BE CHECKED.WARNING: ACCIDENTAL APPLICATION OF LARGER JACK (MEANT FOR THE END CHOCK BOLTS) ON THE HOLDING DOWN BOLTS WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS OVER-STRESSING OF EPOXY SUPPORTING CHOCKS. 103 E 25074 : M.E. F.O. AUTO BACK FLUSHING FILTERS. 104 SYSTEM TO BE THROUGHLY CHECKED. ALL COMPONENTS MUST BE CHECKED & SERVICED. ALL DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS TOBE RENEWED 105 MAIN ENGINE BOTH F.O. AND L.O. AUTO BACK FLUSHING FILTERS TO BE OPENED UP.FILTER CANDLES TO BE CLEANED AND BOXED BACK AS THE ORIGINAL. 106 AUTO CLEANING CYCLE OPERATION & MANUAL CHANGE OVER & CLEANING OPERATION TO CHECK & PROVE.
