Tender For Widening & Strengthening Of Maheshbhari Bhaisahawa Road - Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 20 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. 2 Excavation for trench of roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.as per clause 301(3.1) 3 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2 4 Construction of subgrade and earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2 5 Construction of Subgrade and earthen soulder,s deposited from roadway (Compaction only) 6 Construction of granular sub-base Grade -1 by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 7 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 8 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 9 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grade- 2 with higher capacity batch type HMP (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 10 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 11 Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grade-2 withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 12 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 35 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing 13 CONSTRUCTION OF DRAIN Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil. including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m (100 ft) and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer– in–charge up to distance of30.00 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches as per MORT&H 301 14 Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2) gauge brickballast, aproved fine sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.275 15 R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for: SI no 288. 16 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending forproper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured. SI no 504(b). 17 Class- 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and ltools and p;ants etc. required for proper completion of the work.SI no 305 (b). 18 Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574, Chapter 13 19 Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe 1000mm dia NP3 / Prestressed Concrete Pipe on First Class Bedding in Single Rowas per SOR Non Sch. C 20 Routine Maintenance of road after completion of work :-(A) Carriageway/ Pavement:(a) Potholes, cracks, other surface defects (SWMM & BC), (b) Repair of Edges, Rutting (BC)(B) Road, Embankment, Cutings, Shoulders, Trees & Plantation :(a) Road Maintained free of edge drop, inadequate cross fall, undulations, settlement, Ponding (E/W), (b) Deficent slopes, rain cuts in embankments (E/W), Vegetation growth, Loping of tree branches.(C) Bridges and Culverts:(a) De-Silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/distrubed boulder pitching, breast/toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring, guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-strucures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets. (g) Wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & Lettering of No. plates, repair.(D) Repair of Roadside Drains:(a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC- 1:2:4.(E) Road Furniture:(a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stone & sign boards.
