Specification for Social Media Activities 1. The institution should be capable of managing the social media accounts of the local self-government institutions. The Grama Panchayat should also be convinced about this. 2. A Whatsapp Chat boat system prepared in the local language and with Al support should be prepared and provided to the public to use the online services provided by the Grama Panchayat. Through this, a system should also be provided for submitting applications for the service online. 3. The conditions regarding the provision of notices for the payment of property tax, Grama Sabha/Ward Sabha notices, and notifications of individual benefits to the public through WhatsApp and SMS should be clearly stated along with the tender. 4. Recognition/honor/testimonials received from various government departments, computer-based government agencies such as IKM CDIT and NIC on the basis of undertaking and implementing any social media project of any local self-government body may be considered as additional qualification. If available, the document should be included in the tender. 5. The conditions regarding posting of documents/videos/Audios/Photos/News/Posters/reels/Highlight/Videos/Content on the social media accounts activated by the Gram Panchayat should be attached with the tender. 6. A system should be prepared for sending bulk WhatsApp messages/videos. (Details should be given regarding this) 7. Status, videos and reels regarding various programs, announcements, projects and achievements of the Gram Panchayat should be shot using a camera and prepared and submitted. (Details should be given regarding this) 8. If you have experience in managing social media accounts in local self-government institutions in a good manner, it is considered an additional qualification and must be submitted along with the tender.
