Tender For Construction Of Anganvadi Toilet At Ward No.15 Mottankurichi In Kannankuruchi Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by thedepartmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification. 2 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete. 3 Supplying and filling Crushed stone sand (Commercially called M-Sand) as shown by the departmental officersin layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification 4 Supplying and filling the basement with Good Earth filling in layers of not more than 15cmthick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement and Six M.Sand) using Fly Ash bricks of size 230mmx110mmx70mm-virtually the bricks shall be sound compact and uniform in shape free from visible cracks warppage flaws and organic matter.the bricks shall be solid with frog on one of its bearing side. class designation not less than 35 kg/sq.cm an average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:6 one cement and six M.Sand -including neat finishing ,curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification. 6 For Foundation and Basement. 7 For Superstructure in Ground floor 8 supply & fixing of MS Door with following specification.MS angles of size 40x40x6mm 3.5 kg/m are used for the outer frmae and MSangles of size 35x35x5mm @ 2.6 kg/m for the shutter frames.Stiffeners with 32x6mm @ 1.5 kg/m MS flat is provided as the lockrail of the door and welded infact on both ends to the shutter frames.18 g CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutter frames.18 x 5mm @ 0.7kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32x6mm @ 1.50 kg/m MS that on the rear side of the door sandwitching the CR sheet for diagonally on the rear side of the shutter. The rate include coat of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc, complete. 9 Single leaf 10 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm. thick in all floors complying with standard specifications. 11 Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and five P.Sand) 20mm.thick in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. 12 Dadooing the walls from the floor level with vertified tiles of 300mmx200mm x 6mm of best and approved quality set in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement and two sand) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement neatly as directed Complying with standard specifications 13 Flooring with anti skid Ceramic tills 30cmx30cmx6mm thick laid with cm 1:3 10mm thick and pointing with same coloured cement using 0.40kg per M2 including finishing and joint and pointing flush suraface etc complete 14 Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface etc., completecomplying with standard specification. 15 Painting two coat over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bar, balustrades,etc., with best approved first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the exisitng red oxide priming coat in all floors.The rate is inclusive of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete 16 Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers. 17 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and the celling with PVC accessories with suitable TW box to house the control switch and regulator with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC fan point (for rheostatic type fan regulator) 18 Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for incandesant lamp with CFL bulb sd 83 19 Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set inbrick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete
