Conducting a detailed GIS based house-to-house survey of all the properties within the limits of the Municipal Council, Hadgaon, as well as conducting a detailed GIS based survey of the open plots, assigning unique identification numbers to all the properties, drawing up updated construction maps of the properties, taking digital photographs of all the properties, printing the information in the required format for the assessment process and providing the necessary stationery binding. Computerization of CFC (Customer Facilitation Center) Municipal Counter Payment for Property Tax Department:- To provide a web interface application for online property tax payment for quick reference on the website of the Municipal Council for online property tax payment and to link the data of the Property Tax Department. Through the application, the property owner should be allowed to search by the relevant property name, property number, area number, plot number and link update information and property data from the main frame software application of the Tax Department. 1. Integrating the online payment gateway with the web application developed for e-payment of property tax.7 For the Municipal Council Tax Department, for the convenience of the bill clerks in the department (Android Billing System) for the preparation and printing of tax receipts compatible with Android mobile/tablet based property tax collection and providing the facility to draw daily property tax collection reports in the required format.8 For the collection of municipal council property tax (Android Billing System) Providing Android mobile/tablet devices and Bluetooth printers etc. and training the tax clerks in the Municipal Council Tax Department. (Android Mobile/Tablet Device and Bluetooth Printer Together)9 Assisting the Municipal Council in the entire appeal process (as per Section 169 and 170), appeal hearing, re-examination of the assessment, correction and updating of taxable value or capital value, levy of tax, correction of tax demand, data entry, reprinting of documents, and posting after hearing, preparing final demand bill and providing necessary stationery, binding and providing demand register.10 Computerizing all arrears and recoveries of the Municipal Council Tax Department, posting bills, posting receipts, preparing and supplying annual demand payments, demand register and maintaining computer software (Annual Maintenance Contract) (for the next 4 years).
