Removing And Relaying Of Top Layer On Existing Synthetic Athletic Track I/C Necessary Repair Of Track And Providing All Competition Equipments At Thyagraj Sports Complex, New Delhi During 2025-26.-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 All kinds of soil 3 Supplying and filling of sand pits with yamuna sand withsilica contentof particle size 0.2mm to 2 mm which is free from silt content, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per the direction of engineer in charge 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 5 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 6 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 7 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 9 110 mm diameter 10 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 11 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 12 Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. 14 In cement mortar 15 Removing / Scrapping of Top layer of existing synthetic athletic track and Providing and relaying of Top layer of synthetic track of minimum thickness 4 mm should have terra cotta colour including marking on the surface and shall comprise of formulated high resilience EPDM granules of size 1 mm to 3.5 mm bound in polyurethane resins.The top coat of polyurethane shall be applied at the rate of not less than 3.0 kg/sqm & the EPDM granules shall be embedded with full PU coating at the rate not less than of4.50 Kg/sqm covering area all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The item also comprises of comprehensive surface preparation through grinding and removal of high spots and loose areas, verification of slope and planarity in accordance with World Athletics standards where ever required throughout the whole track & surrounding synthetic track area as decided by Engineer in Charge and conducting a water flood test prior to the application of the Top layer. The scope also includes repairing undulated sub-base areas using the deep patch technique, relaying base layers in the affected zones as decided by the engineer in charge and patching surface depressions with PU material and obtaining Class-II World Athletic certification, all complete in accordance with the specifications of world athletic and to the satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 The rate of cleaning of existing drain below/around the synthetic athletic track is included in this item and nothing extra will be paid for making holes/cutting etc. in synthetic athletic track for fixing competition equipments and making sand pit.Note: Payment will be made after submission of World Athletic class-II certificate. Approved Make:- Rekortan, Porplastic, Stockmeier, Conica. 17 Supply and installation of competition equipment as per requirements/ specifications laid down by world athletic including dismantling or demolishing of existing equipments and surrounding area along with the necessary repair work as per world athletic class-II norms and specification & direction of Engineer-in charge. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Payment will be made after submission of World Athletic class-II certificate. 18 Discuss cum hammer throwing cage complete with Ring, net and ground sleeves, made of heavy duty 100 mm Square steel Tube, HOT GALVANIZED for long life. Poles can be detached from centre for easy transportation and hinged for easy lifting during installation. Easy to bind the poles together with the help of tie bars for sturdiness of the cage. Gates are attached to the poles using four hinges and both gates include wheels for easy movement. Net shall be 5 mm thick (machine knitted) with 40 mm square mesh andUV stabilized for long life. Steel tube should be used on the top of the net to avoid sagging. The net can be raised and lowered by devices on each post. One set consists of six 7 m posts, four 10 m posts and two gates with trolley. 19 Discuss throwing cage complete with Ring, net and ground sleeves, made of heavy duty 92 mm Square Steel Tube, HOT GALVANIZED for long life. Poles can be detatched from centre for easy transportation and hinged for easy lifting during installation. All poles are bound together with the help of tie bars for sturdiness of the cage. The discus ring is made from aluminum and having bracings. It is a circle with an inside diameter of 250 cm. Machine knitted 5 mm thick net with square mesh of size 40 mm. Net is UV stabilized for long life. Steel tube is used on the top of the net to avoid sagging. The net can be raised and lowered by devices on each post. One set consists of seven 4 m posts. 20 Track kerbing aluminum set for standard 400m 8 lane track with heavy gauge aluminum features a box profile top. Held in place by 10 mm off the track surface for rapid drainage. Each section of kerbing is milled to allow easy drop in or removal of corresponding sections in anodized finish. 21 Pole vault box collar of size minimum dimension, 146cm (L) x 122cm (B), the distance from the rear edge of the box collar at its base to the rear edge of the box collar cut out shall be at least 38 cm, made of welded stainless steel constructions, comes with blanking board made of aluminum and sockets at bottom for drainage of water all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 22 Short put throwing circle/ ring, made from aluminum. It is a circle with an inside diameter of 2.135 m and having bracings. 23 Stop board for Shot put rings dia- 2.135m 24 Water jump hurdle/barriers, made of Heavy duty foldable beam made of square pipe covered with thick waterproof solid plywood. Base legs & base are made of steel square pipe with spring loaded snap lock system for easy adjustment of three different required heights i.e. 762 mm, 838 mm and 914mm. Legs are fitted into sockets grouted in the ground. Painted with premium quality polyurethane paint for longer life & durability, easy to install & foldable for easy transportation all complete. 25 Take off board system for long jump and triple jump, made of solid wood approximately 20 centimetres wide, at least 1.22 meters long and 9.5 centimetres thick. Welded aluminium tray protects take-off area and facilitates easy replacements of take-off board and plasticine board.
