Tender For Provision Of Over Run Area And Relocation Of Access Road In Undershoot 27 End And Undershoot 09 End At Afs Sarsawa.; 1 Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in -Charge. 2 Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting by power roller Exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne including necessary preparation for surface excavation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in -Charge. 3 M&L for 300mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base Course (GSB)laid in two layers of 150mm thick (each) grading as per Grade V as specified in Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works , 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, ,crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelledon the sub grade by using motor grader of capcity 80-100KN static weight for achieving required compactiondensity of atleast 98% of the Maximum dry density spreding and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per table900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013. (Compacted thickness shall be measured). 4 M&L for 225mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in three layers of 75mm thick (each)grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant , material comprising and granular material premixedwith water to be dense mass , spreading with sensorpaver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to be required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The furnished surfacetolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specificationsfor Roadand Bridge works 2013. 5 Providing and laying dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregategradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7MPa, minimum cement content not less than 180 Kg/cum, DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transporated to site and laid byelectronicsensor paver including spreading and compacting usinghigh amplitude temping bars of paver (intial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weightto achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013. 6 M&L for 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap) 7 supplyig and laying 400 Micron thickHDPE sheet(Virgin Quality)water proof ,wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/sqmover tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mmcompleteallasspecified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: 1.Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately. 2.Company logo, IS code, and batch number shall be marked on HDPE sheet at every 2 meters. 8 M&L forproviding pavement qualityconcrete (PQC) minimum 28 days fieldflexural stength 45 kilogram per sq.cm or 4.5Mpa aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong ,dense non-porus and durablepieces of crushed stoneor gravel,fine aggragate of clean naturalsandor crushed stone sand combination of both using minimum 400kg/cumof cement with non-circular ,virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length ,specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant ,with equavalent dia 15-40 micron ,minimummelting temperature as 240 degree C and minimum tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specifiedby the Manufacturers .PQC laid , spread and compacted with fixed form senor paver of minimum 7.50m width including curing and tining by Texturing cum curing machine complete all as specifiedand directed. Required surface texturing to be doneas specified in Clause 10.1.14and Table 9 of IRC : 15:2017 including all necessary form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in -Charge.Notes:-(i) construction, joints,dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.(ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.(iii) Price adustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item. (iv) Polyster non-circular fibre as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule. 9 Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Supply only polyester traingular fibre 6/12mm long with circum-circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed, for melting point of 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1-34 to 1-40, fibre etc @ 1.0 Kg/Cum of PQC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Cutting of Construction joints 25mm deep and 10mm wide early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry ,vacuum cleaned and free dirt ,oil,vegetation and other debries, application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant . Placing of closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethelene foam backup rod of12mmdia ,application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying withBS- 5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movementaccommodation factor(MAF) of(+/-) 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee,applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. 12 M&L for forming 25mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of approprite size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry ,vacuum cleaned and free dirt ,oil,vegetation and other debries, the joint then filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polyethelene closed cell type foller board as specified., thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant . Placing of closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethelene foam backup rod of30mm dia over filler board and filled withpolyurethane based sealent complying withBS- 5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movementaccommodation factor(MAF) of(+/-) 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee,applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. 13 M&L for forming dummy/Contraction jointwith an intial saw cut of 3mm soon after the concrete has set,upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4 th the thickness of the PQC slab ,widening the first saw cut to 6mm and 24mm deepby using diamond bit cutter of approprite size, straight and smooth edges. Note : (i) Useful soil obtained from item No 1 or from any other sources within the complex shall be used.(ii) The extra earth if required shall be brought from within the complex of AF Stn Sarsawa. The lead and excavation for bringing earth from any point up to the distance of 5 Km within the complex shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of tenderer and nothing over and above the quoted rate shall be paid for lead adjustment. 22 Filling the excavated portion with good earth obtain from items No 1 here in before, Soil stabilization of 300mm sub grade soil by uniform mixing of cement OPC 43 grade/lime/other additive @ 5 % cement by weight of soil (Percentage of cement /additives for estimation purpose only. Type of additive and percentage required for blending to be given in mix design) item will include pulverization of soil, spreading of additive , blending mix by tractor towed rotovator , addition of water/drying of mix to required moisture content and compaction using suitable vibratory roller to required 98% Maximum Dry density. Provisions of IRC SP : 89-2010 be referred to for this item complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in Charge.Note : percentage of cement to be added in soil stabilization shall be ascertained by conducting tests ontrial mixes prepared on site and tcost of same shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be payable for the same. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding. The furnished surfacetolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specificationsfor Roadand Bridge works 2013. 28 M&L for preparing surfaces by bruishing with wire brush for removing caked mud,existing grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coatwith bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M&Lfor premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less using graded crushed stone aggregate, grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm, mixed with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .( Note-Mix will be prepared in Mix Plant of suitable capacity) 30 M&L for applying a priming/tack coatwith bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed. 31 M&L for preparation existing black top surface of road by bruishing with wire brush for removing caked mud,existing grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coatwith bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed. 32 M&L for laying of bituminous premixed Semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORTH specification in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 5.50% by weight of total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC Cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power vibratory road roller complete all as specified and as directed. 33 All as per item No 30 above but 30mm consolidated thickness. 34 M&L for continous Brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on and vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B old size bricks complete all as specified and direted. 35 M&L for road line painting not exc 100 mm wide with golden yellow or white thermostatic road marking paint with reflectorised glass beads on bitumen road providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRS 35 the finished surface to be levelled , uniform and free streaks and holes in addition where arrow of letters to be provided thermostatic compound may be machine sprayed the colour of compound with traffic diversion arrangement if required as per MORT&H clause 803.4 complete all as specified and directed. 36 Removing excavated soil exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point. 37 Demolition of macadam or bituminous macadam surface including stones for soling, WBM sub base and base courses etc complete all as specified and directed. 38 Taking down old unsv GI pipe of any size/any type complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge, 39 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc n.exc 10 sqm on plancomplete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation shall be done manually only). 40 Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the startingpoint complete all as specified. 41 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. 42 Supply, laying, jointing and testing MS ERW pipe heavy duty grade of size 100mm dia with all connecting fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 43 Labour only for cutting GI pipe of size 40 or 50mm and preparation of thread of required size for connecting mild steel pipe with all connecting elements complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 44 Dismantling steel poles / strut, LED light fitting and GI bracket of any size any type and kept in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 45 Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 46 Dismantling insulator any type any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 47 Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 48 Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of underground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor with size of10 square mm 4 core suitable for earthed condition,confirming toIS: 7098 part-I ammended upto date, laid in trenches, passing through ducts/pipes across road, fixing along poles etc as per site condition complete all as specified. Note :- Excavation/ earth work & cable protection work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. 49 All as per item No 48 above but size of the cable 16 Sqmm 4 core.. 50 S&F GI stay wire of 7/3.15 SWG upto required length complete all as specified and as specified. 51 S&F mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 16 mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x6mm stay plate thimble, all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES schedule Part-I (2010) complete all as specifiedand directed. 52 M&L for PCC (1 : 2 : 4)type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 53 M&L for PCC (1 : 3 : 6)type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay / panal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 54 M&L for PCC (1 : 4 : 8)type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 55 M&L for common burnt clay bricks, old size sub class B, laid flat and dry, adjacent to each other in trenches over cable for protection perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.. 56 M&L for sand cushioning with layer of dry, clean and fine sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches. Note:-(i) Punned thickness as total 18mm shall be measured and paid in lieu of 23mm. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 57 Supply and laying of factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover of class HV, Type-1,flat, of size 300mmx180mmx40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed. 58 M&L in replacement ofXLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel stript or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volt grade of size 3 core 95Sqmm suitable for earthed grade , underground cable including-both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, fixing along poles, crossing the road, passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls including testing, commissioningcomplete including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation/ earth work & cable protection work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (ii) Cable joint and jointing material shall be measured and paid separately. 59 Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor HT cable complete all as specified and as directed. 60 Supply and fixing multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core, drawing through tubular pole and GI bracket etc upto LED light and making connectionm and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 61 Supply and fixing non metallic junction box made out of thermoplastic size not less than 18cm x 10cm x 8cm hinged with lockable arrengement including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 100 Amp with one No MCB 2.5 Amp SP with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole / grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and as directed. 62 Supply and fixing loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green in small size with overall dimentions 65 x 95mm, clearance of whole 16mm complete all as specified and as directed. 63 Supply and fixing cable root marker of mild steel plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 6mm thick fixed on angle iron of size 25x25x4mm thick 600mm long duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and writing of cable details complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Necessary PCC and earth work deemed to be included in quoted rate). 64 Labour only for refixing in position 9 meter long, steel tubular swaged poles obtained fromdismantle above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The cost of DGPS Surey is included in unit quoted rate) 72 Back pulling of primary cables from the existing HDPE pipes and depositing to AF Stn store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
