Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes. Sub Head : Running Maintenance and Operation of RO, STP, Swimming pool at Siri Fort Sports complex.; 1 Maintenance Contract for RO 50 / 25 / 15 L.P.H (Summer Session) (Annexure- A) 2 Maintenance Contract for RO 50 / 25 / 15 L.P.H (Lean Period / Winter Session) 3 Supply and Replacement of following parts of 50 / 25 / 15 L.P.H connection testing etc. as required.a) RO Booster Pump 4 b) Adapter 24 to 48 Volt 5 c) Membranes 6 d) Carbon Filter (20”) Set 7 e) Carbon Filter (10”) Se 8 f) Pipe 1/4 or1/3 inches 9 g) Auto Switch (contain LPS, HPS, NRV) 10 Supply and Replacement of following parts of 200/150 L.P.H connection testing etc. as required.RO Booster Pump 11 Adapter 24 to 48 Volt 12 Membranes 13 Carbon Filter (20-40”) Set 14 Carbon Filter (10-20”) Se 15 Pipe 1/4 or1/3 inches 16 Auto Switch (contain LPS, HPS, NRV) 17 Running, Maintenance and Operation of 20000 LPH R.O. Water Treatment Plant i/c routine and preventive maintenance. Operation shall be done by deploying 2 nos. Operators (one in each shift per day, total 2 nos. shifts) and one khallsi in night shift. Detail of installations is given in Annexure-B, and schedule of routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-C. 18 Requirement of chemicals for operation of 20000 LPH RO Water Treatment Plant which is given in Annexure-D (Considering 10 hour operation per day). 19 Supply and replacement of one set of cartridge filter of 40 inch long, 8 inch Dia (set of 7 Nos. each) with connection testing etc as required. 20 STPRunning operation of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of 75 KLD capacity based on MBBR Technology round the clock, cleaning of floors, taking out the sludge and proper cleaning of STP i/c watch & ward of STP by providing following staff : i) Operator(Skilled) for STP -1 Nos in each shift (total two shifts) and 1 nos. khallasi in night shift as per Annexure-E . 21 Supply of following chimicals(1) Liquid hypo solution - 30 Ltr per month, as required for the dosing in aeration tank for necessary nutrient and culture growth and to maintain proper MLSS in the aeration tank etc. complete as required & Submission of one monthly test reports of treated water from DPCC/NABL authorized lab with following parameters.A) CODB) BOD C) TSS D) OIL & GREASE E) pH and other necessary parameters 22 (2) DAP -30 kg per month 23 (3)urea - 30 kg per month 24 (4) Supply of Liquid microbial inoculants for the removal of foul odour- 50 Ltrs Per Months 25 ( Swimming pool)Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant and other accessories of main swimming pool and toddler’s pool, complete etc. as required as per Additional Condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘E’. Operation and cleaning of main swimming pool and toddler’s pool shall be done by deploying 1 No. operator and 1 No. khallasi in each shift (Total 3 shift) and 1 No. Khallasi in night shift.Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘F’ & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure ‘G’ The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in the swimming pool as per requirement of licensing authority i/c supplying & putting of required chemical in main Pool & toddler Pool for operation and maintenance of the plant. 26 Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant and other accessories of main swimming pool and toddler’s pool, complete as required as per Additional Condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘F’. Operation and cleaning of main swimming pool and toddler’s pool shall be done by deploying 1 No. operator in each shift(total 2 shifts) , 2 Nos. khallasiin general shift and 1 No Khallasi shall be deputed in night shift ). Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘F’ & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure ‘G’.The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in the swimming pool as per requirement of licensing authority i/c supplying & putting of required chemical in main Pool & toddler Pool for operation and maintenance of the plant.
