    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - Fabrication of 02 in nos LMG armour shield plates for ICGS C 143 and ICGS C 152; Fabrication of 02 in nos LMG armour shield plates for ICGS C 143 and ICGS C 152; No; Service Provider Premises Fabrication of 02 in nos LMG armour shield plates for ICGS C 143 and ICGS C 152 Fabrication of 02 in nos. LMG posts (Port & Stbd side) Armour shield plates onboard ICGS C-152. Specifications for upper and lower Armour shield plates are as follows:- (a) Upper Armour shield plates removable and rotatable with the Gun Mount: Material: MS grade IS 2062, Thickness: 4 mm. Two plates (Length X Width X Height: 350 mm X 300 mm X 400 mm approx) to be welded on both sides of the gun on 20 mm Dia MS rod of length 900 mm approx. (b) Lower armour shield plates to be fixed on adjacent guard rails using clamp, Nut/bolts with rubber padding: Material MS Grade-IS 2062, Thickness: 4mm, Two plates in L shape each of length x Height 80mm x 110 cm approx Fabrication of 02 LMG posts (Port & Stbd side) Armour shield plates onboard ICGS C-143. Specifications for upper and lower Armour shield plates are as follows:- (a) Upper Armour shield plates removable and rotatable with the Gun Mount:- Material: MS grade IS 2062, Thickness: 4 mm, Two plates (Length X Width x Height: 350 mm X 300 mm X 400 mm approx) to be welded on both sides of the gun on 20 mm Dia MS rod of length 900 mm approx. (b) Lower armour shield plates to be fixed on adjacent guard rails using Total Quantity :
