Pole 11 mtr long 3 X arm M.s angle 65x65x6 mm 4 ACSR weasel conductor 5 11 KV aluminum XLPE cable 3x70 sq.mm 6 ABC Cable (3x50+1x70+1x16) sq.mm 7 ABC Cable (3x95+1x70+1x16) sq.mm 8 11 KV pin with nut 9 11 KV Disc insulator with fitting 10 11 KV Stay Complete 11 Distribution Box 3 phase 12 LT XLPE aluminum cable 3.5x240 sq.mm 13 LT XLPE aluminum cable 1x240 sq.mm 14 Earthing Complete 15 G.I. wire 16 Work 17 Erection & painting of S.T. single pole 11 mtr. Longall necessary accessories ( All neccesary item like clamp, Nut bolt etc. will be provided by the contractor at his own cost). Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of paint PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr. & balance by two coats of best quality aluminum paint. 18 Concreating of single pole in deep 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:6 in cement sand brick blast 19 Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x45 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement coarse sand and stone grit 20 Erection painting of S.T. double pole 11 mtr. Long withall necessary accessories ( All neccessary item like clamp, Nut bolt, Top channel, Dropper channel, Base angle, etc. will be provided by the contractor at his own cost) 21 Concreating of double pole in deep 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:6 in cement sand brick blast 22 Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x45 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement coarse sand and stone grit 23 Hoisting of 11 kv XLPE (3x120/3x 185 )sq.mm on double pole with the provision of G.I. Pipe of size 150 mm dia 24 Installation of O/D cable box (3x70). All material shall be supplied by the contactor. 25 Earthling by way of Boring and lowering the B class GI pipe (Gindal ) of 50 mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20 mtr as per standard practice 26 Laying of 11KVXLPE single cable 3x70 sq mm in HDPE pipe by drill method. (All material including HDPE pipe 150 mm dia PN- 6PE-100shall be provided by the contractor. Only cable will be provided by the department.) 27 Mouting of 10 KVA T/F on single pole with all accessories (All required material shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost expectT/F.) 28 Mouting of 16 KVA T/F on single pole with all accessories (All required material shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost expectT/F.) 29 Mouting of 25 KVA T/F on double pole with all accessories (All required material shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost expectT/F.) 30 Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/Fs from dump place to newly constructed T/Fsplinth & installation commissioning of 100 KVA T/Fs plinth and including jumpering with the system (All the required material for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs 31 Grouting and Nozzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (sand, brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 32 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500 mm long as per RESPO schedule. All material except earthing rod shall be supplied by the contractor. 33 Stringing & SaggingLT XLPE allumunium cable of size 3.5x240 sq.mm 34 Stringing & Sagging LT XLPE allumunium cable of size1x240sq.mm 35 Stringing & Sagging ABC Cable of size (3x50+1x70+1x16) sq.mm 36 Stringing & Sagging ABC Cable of size (3x95+1x70+1x16) sq.mm sq.mm 37 Supply & fixing of 11 KV fuse set 38 Fixing of Distribution box 3 phase. (All the required material shall be supplied by the contractor expect Distribution box) 39 Construction of retaining wall, fabrication and erection of wire mesh fencing of size 3+3 and 2.0 mtr height around T/F and distribution pillar box with retaining wall and 01 no. gate with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with the nuts and bolt. The panel must be supported with MS flat of size 50x6 mm wire mesh of size 10 SWG rectangle type. 40 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr on a padding 0.25 Mtr deep in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick. Brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level upto 15 centimeter below from the top of wall, Cement, sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter. 41 Supply & Fixing of 11 KV C/J Kit 3x70 sq.mm 42 Disconnection of consumers electricals connection (If service cable required it shall be supplied by the contractor). 43 Reconnection of consumers electricals connection (If service cable required it shall be supplied by the contractor). 44 Cutting of tree branches 45 Dismentling of old existing line with pole and other scrap material with transformer 46 Scrap Material (Conductor)
