All the grouting material shall be provided by the contractor 29 Grouting of double poles structure with 1:4:8 mixture in size (450x450x1500mm.) including cost of cement/CC & sand Required as per UPPCL Norms. (All Grouting material shall be provided by the contractor). 30 Painting of ST Pole 11 Mtr. long. supports with one coat of red Oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5 Mtr. Upper portion of support) Paint and material shall be provided by the contractor. 31 The work of driving the earthing electrode and making connections with GI wire. 32 Under ground laying of Following cable in Duble circuit LayingofHDPEPipe140mmdiaPipeforlayingof33KV, 3x300Sq.mm,XLPECablewith HDD(trenchless)method including cable laying. 33 Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE Cable outdoor jointing kits after carefully removing the insulation of the cable duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimpling of proper size good quality lugs and complete work. 34 Hoisting of 3x300 mm2 33 KV XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 6” dia including its jumpering complete with Clamps nut and bolts (Clamp, Nut & Bolts shall be provided by the contractor through approved vendor of UPPCL, Approx. 8 Mtr. Per Hosting). 35 Fixing of danger board on each location and G.I. barbed wire including proper clamping as per UPPCL Norms. 36 Fixing of number plate on each location and G.I. barbed wire including proper clamping as per UPPCL Norms. 37 Construction of 4X6 ft. Tank With First Class Brick Cement, Concrete for Cable inspection Box covered by R.C.C. slab As per Standard Norms. All material shall be provided by the contractor. 38 Back Cartage of following Scrap material (received by dismantling) from site to store center, Nawada, Budaun including/unloading etc. 39 Material iron scrap 40 STP Pole Scrap 10x175 41 33 KV XLPE 3X300 Old Cable
