Tender For Maintenance of Park (C/O Pathway In Lig Block B2 Park Sector-71) Noida - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.The contractor has detect different utilities like sewer lne, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 infoundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 insuperstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 5 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m. 6 Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layer breaking clods. Watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every third or top most layer with power roller or minimum 8 tonne including 1.5m lift and all lead including cartage of earth by mechanical transportion and all T&P labour etc. required for proper completion of work (Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from out side of NOIDA). 7 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.
