Pipe (Including pipe cost) PE100, PN-06 6 Supplying all labour, T&P for filling in pipe line trencheswith excavated materials including watering etc., all complete including proper care to the laid pipe lines to prevent damages of pipes and specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Supplying all labour and T&P for cutting cement concrete road for taking pipe line etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Supplying all materials, labourT&Pformaking good to the damages with 40 mm size crusher broken metal concrete etc., CC (1:4:8) of thickness 0.10 Mtr and top 12 mm size crusher broken chip;s concrete CC(1:2:4) of thickness 0.075 mtrs including all cost, conveyance, royality of materials including watering, curing and ramming etc., all complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge 9 Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing of following sizes of C.I. SLUICE / NON RETURN VALVES with double flanged ends for water works purpose for following nominal diameter including cost of nuts and bolts, rubber insertionas per specification etc., complete. 10 100 mm diaC.I S.V 11 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for fixing of 15mm to 25 mm dia SINGLEAIR VALVE including fitting of required PVC service saddle for water works purpose for following diameter, including drilling the water mainas per specification etc., complete. 12 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for construction of brick masonry sluice valve and non return valve chambers of internal size 90x90x120cm with all leadroyalty etc. such as earth workexcavation, bed concrete with C.C. (1:4:8), KB Brick in C.M. (1:6), 12mm cement plaster with C.M. (1:4), RCC cover slab with M-20 etc., and as per approved P.H. drawing and design etc., complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for construction of brick masonry Air Valve chambers of internalsize 75x75x120cm with all leadroyalty etc. such as earth work excavation, bed concrete with C.C. (1:4:8) KB Brick in C.M. (1:6), 12mm cement plaster with C.M. OF (4.0x3.0) MPUMP HOUSE 16 Supplying all labour and T&P for earth work in all kinds ofsoil within 50 M initial lead and 1.5 M initial lift including rough dressing and leveling etc., in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer –in-charge. 17 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for filling foundationtrenches with sand watering and ramming etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 18 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation & plinth with 4cm size crusher broken HBG metal with cost, conveyance, royalty of materials including watering, curing ramming etc., complete. 19 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing RR HG stone masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with cost,conveyance and royalty of materials including watering curing etc., complete 20 Supplying all labour, T&P for filling in pipe line trencheswith excavated materials including watering etc., all complete including proper care to the laid pipe lines to prevent damages of pipes and specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing 1st class K.B. brick work in C.M.(1:6) with KB bricks of size 23x11x8 cm andhaving crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with cost, conveyance and royalty of materials and watering and curing etc., complete. 22 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing M20 for RCC worksusing 20mm & Down Graded HBGcrusher broken chips and washed and screened sand with cost, conveyance, royaltyof materials and including watering curing etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 23 Supplying all labour and T&P for providingrigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works and dismantling them after casting including cost of all materials T&P etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 24 Column & beam 25 Lintel 26 Roof slab, chajja 27 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for cutting, bending, binding and straightening the rods (reinforcement) for RCC work and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost, conveyance and taxes of HYSD steel (rod) ofSAIL / TISCO brand of Fe-415 specifications etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 28 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing 12mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) over the brick work including watering and curing etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 29 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) over the stone masonary work including watering and curing etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 30 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for providing 2.5 cm thick AS flooring with CC 1:2:4 using HG chips (C.B.) including curing cost, conveyance and royalty of materials etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. 31 Steel angle iron door frame as per the approved design steel angel iron frame shall be manufacturedfrom standard steel angel section with corners of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tail made out of MS flats, angles welded to the frame with MS round bar, rolling shutter sheetof standard thick to be welded for shutters with required MS hinges duly welded to the frame etc.,as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(1no door and 2 nos windows) 32 Labour charges for fixing the MS choukats coupled with shutter (for doors) and also for grilled choukats cum shutter (for window) with C.C.
