Tender For Conservation And Restoration Works Of City Wall (Near Merti Gate), Jodhpur - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 2 Carriage of Materials Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.)For 5 km 3 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 5 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In lime mortar. 6 Stone work (machine cut edges) for Wall cladding/ Veneering work up to 10m heightwith 20 to 30 mm thick Red Sand Stone (Karauli ) and backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :(To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid separately) Exposed face Machine cut 7 Providing and fixing double scaffolding systen on the exterior side upto five story made with 4 wodden member 1.5m c/c horizontal and vertical direction joining with rassi, clamps, challies. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runner, construction of bulding if necessary with all essential safty features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of EI. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
