Conduct Of Rrs Exercise At Af Stn Jamnagar; 1 Providing manpower for operating JCB, Tractor, Forklifter, Tipper, Eicher, Vibratory raod roller at the time of RRS exerciese, details of operators required are as under (i) JCB operator -01 No(ii) Tractor operator -02 Nos(iii) Vibratory road roller operator -01 No(iv) Stone cutter / Grinder Electric operated -01 No(v) Tipper /Eicher driver -07 Nos(vi) Fork Lifter -01 NoTotal 13 Nos skilled operatorsNote : (i) Machine listed above issued by the department free of use in the work including fule / electricty.(ii) All operators should have dirving licence of respective items. 2 Providing 1x JCB with operator for RRS Exercise (Operating hoursnot more than 12 hrs) as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.Note: Vehicle & operator, Fuel deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3 M& L for cleaning of IMDM Machine after exercise using water pressure, cleaning brushes, greasing complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. 4 Providing 1x 9 KL water bowser for RRS exercise (Operating hours not less than 12 hrs ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 5 Providing 2 Tippers of Minimum capicity 8.5 Cum for shifting and dumping of aggregates, sand and tools etc within the permised of Air Force Station for RRS Exercise (Operating hours not less than 12 hrs) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : Distance for shifting of aggregate and sand not more than 100 KM for each vehicle for each job, Fuel and operator for Vehicles deemed to be included in quoted rates. 6 Notes : 1. IMDM Machine and Rapid setting grout cement will be provided by the dept for free for fixing / using.2. The rate quoted shall be deened to included for shifting of IMDM machine from MES store yard to site and back and transportation of Rapid grout cement from MES store yard to place of work or as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.3. The item is catered for extreme emergencies of AF Stn and accordingly the contractor shall commence the work by arranging all T&P and labour within 6 to 8 hours notice by Engineer in Charge, failing which Rs 10,000/- per day beyond prescribed period shall be levied 7 Excavating over area using hydraulic excavator of adequate capacity depth not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. 8 Excavating over area using hydraulic excavator of adequate capacity depth exc. 1.50 mtr and not exc.3.00 mtr and getting out in any type of soil all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. 9 Removing excavated materials to a distance of 0.50 KM and not exc 1.50 KM depositing where all as specified as directed by Enginner -in-Charge. 10 M&L for filling craters with broken stone boulders or quarried stone (boulders of size 150 mm to 300 mm broken graded stone aggregate), interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller all as specified and directed by Enginner -in-Charge. Note :- The contractor is required to procure complete quantities of stone boulders and stock them where directed within 10 days from the date of commencement of the work, failing which penalty at Rs 10,000/- per day beyond the prescribed period shall be levied. 11 Labour only for Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 CM thick, watered and rammed to a truesurface all as specified and directed by Enginner -in-charge. Note :- Stone gauge n exc 63mm for hard core will be issued by the department. 12 Labour only for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified as directed by Enginner -in-charge. Note :- Sand will be issued by the department. 13 M&L for Fromwork to sides of rapid cement goruted area ( sites of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams) for fair finishes of surface and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed by Enginner -in-Charge. 14 Providing 20 Nos unskilled menpower for operating at the time of RRS exerciese with all saftey equipments for labours and required tools all specified and directed by Enginner -in-Charge.Note:- (a) The item is catered for extreme emergencies of AF Stn and accordingly the contractor shall commence the work by arranging all labour within 8 to 10 hours notice by Engineer in Charge, failing which Rs 30,000/- per day beyond prescribed period shall be levied
