Tender For Provn Of Gun Status Lights And Allied Works At Af Stn Leh.; 1 Supply, installation & testing ofXLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel tape/ wire armoured underground copper conductor cables, 1100 Volts grade ofsizes 2.5 Sqmmx 4 coreand making end termination with brassdouble compression glands and copper lugsas requiredas per specifications. 2 M& L for Bus Bas Chamber outdoor type,made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection, factory made cubical totally enclosed type with front and rear door opening as per engineering practice provided with locking arrangement for opening of panel withCopper busbar of cap 100 Amps, having 04 Nos copper Busbars strips on epoxy insulators in horizontal position and stepped manner with min 20cm distance between busbars & panel bodyof adequate size embedded in 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), on angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with footing 30 cm clear space between bottom of panel and flooring including all accessories prewired with insulated copper wires of suitable size.Note :-The cost of Busbar chamber also include the cost of thimble/ lugs, necessary copper wiring & connected accessories required for necessary electrical connections from Bus bar to outgoing connections and incomming cable connections to busbar. 3 Supply & Fixing Wooden/PVC box with 03 Nos of Bulb holders for Red, Green & Yellow bulbs LED type complete with electrical connections for Gun status light signal operated from Base Ops/ Control Room with provn of 03 Nos of switches/ push buttons to control Gun status lights to be fixed on wooden/PVC box all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) PVC copper cable for inter connections will be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch. 4 M & L for laying od HDPE pipe 50mm dia for cable protection of underground cable in trench complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide & not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables etc, getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge. 6 Returning, filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each layer all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge. 7 Removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above from the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge 8 Supply, installation & testing ofPVCinsulated ( unarmoured)copper conductor cables, 1100 Volts grade ofsizes 1.5 Sqmmx 4 coreand making end termination with copper lugsas requiredas per specifications. 9 M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connecting to the 20×3mm thickcopper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (I:2:4) type B-1 using20mm graded stone aggregated with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4)reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipefor watering, perforated at bottom and connecting to earth test point all as specified.
