Tender For Repair/Maint And Cleaning Of Sewage Lines, Manholes, Septic Tanks, Soak Pits And Drains At Aob Rambilli Near Visakhapatnam; 1 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC (SWR), Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150mm bore including accessories set in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. 2 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC (SWR), Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 200mm bore including accessories set in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. 3 Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone masonrysurfaces of walls etc includingrakingout joints, hackingfor key, scrubbingdown with wateretc, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles upto a lead of 5 Km to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outin soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and exc 1.5m depth and n exc. 3.0m depth for stay assembly /pole foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil, all as specified and as directed. 10 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed. 11 Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed. 12 S&F Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 150mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 200mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) bed, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) bed, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and Labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150/200 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregates)in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in surface channels, benching of manhole and drains including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately. 23 Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed. 25 Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth on stone walls, complete all as specified and directed. 46 M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base, sub-floors, floors, pavings, roof treatment etc., finish cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 47 Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from PVC / RCC tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. by removing float valve carefully draining out water scraped down by wite brush for removing fungus, mud, scales and washing down with bleaching powder, fresh water and refixing float valve in same position including writting the tank cleaned and due date with synthetic emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed. 48 All as per item No 47.00 herein before but tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n exc 1000 litres 49 All as per item No 47.00 herein before but tanks of capacity exc 1000 litres & n exc 2000 litres 50 S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-l and directed. 51 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 litres and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed. 52 S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-l and directed. 53 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 litres and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed. 54 Cleaning of sewage lines of 100 mm dia by rodding and and cleaning with gunny bags / cotton rags etc. tied with rod for removal of complete sludge in the line from manhole to manhole and the sludge which will be collected in manhole to be disposed off by excavating a pit, removing the sludge in pit, disinfected with bleaching powder and finally covered with earth all as specified and directed.Note: The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and refilling is deamed to be included in quoted rate. 55 All as per item No 54.00 herein before but sewage lines of 150 mm dia. 56 Cleaning of manholes after all the sludge of blocked lines comes into the manhole n.exc 1.50 mtr deep and getting out including removal of sludge to a distance n exc 50 m to be disposed off by excavating a pit, removing the sludge in pit, disinfected with bleaching powder and finally covered with earth all as specified and directed.Note: The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and refilling is deamed to be included in quoted rate. 57 All as per item No 56.00 herein before but depth of manhole exc 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3.00 mtr. 58 Taking out liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank/sump/soakage well by sewage sucker tanker and cleaning thoroughly including disposed of liquid/solid content out of the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed 59 Material and labour for keeping fully/smooth functional the sewage lines incuding manholes manually once made functional under items here-in-before, the similar state & free from any sort of blockages in sewage line, septic tank, sump and manholes for the period of one calender month complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) A register of complaints shall be maintained by the contractor and will be produced to theEngineer-in-charge at the time of claiming the payment.Two workers of the contractor reports daily to sub division incharge for taking complaints for MES complaint cell by 8:30 AM daily (Except Sunday and Holiday). After the completion of complaint , the complaint slip duly signed by users will be deposited the complaint cell by 5:00 PM for recordpurpose without fail.In case of any break down due to negligence of the contractor he will have to make the sewage line funtional without any extra cost to the Govt.If the contractor fails to clear the complaint within 48 hours of issue of complaint a sum of Rs 750.00 per complaint shall be recovered from the contractors dues.(ii) The entire work shall be carried out in the area at Rambilli under theGE (P) Varsha rambilli.(iii)Rate quoted for above item shall be deemed to included in the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc alongwith sufficient labourers to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any dispute related to abve shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer (P) Varsha and his decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. 60 Total Amount in Figures 61 Quoted Amount in Words
