    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - TEST STAND; TEST STAND; Yes; Buyer Premises 1. Repair / Replacement of Qty-17 hoses of VR-14 Test bed. 2 All end fittings (Alluminium) must be repaired / replaced. 3. Hoses must be of Aviation grade / high grade quality. 4. Inner dia, Outer dia, working pressure and size must be matched (as per sample provided). 5. Hoses must be compatible with the working medium (oil-OX-27 and Hydraulic oil OM-15) 6. Replacement of Qty-13 Oil filters elements (as per sample provided). 7. Replacement of ‘O’ Rings. 8. Replacement of flange washers with respect to size of fittings to prevent leakage at joint. 9. Nuts, Bolts and washers must be replaced during fitment of filters and related pipelines. 10. System will be checked and validated for suitability on functioning for over 10Hrs/30days of operation. 11. Vendor must provide certificate stating the grade of hoses, working pressure & compatibility of working of filters. 12. On site repair assessment is mandatory before bidding to assess the exact scope of work (sample of hose, design, shape and capacity) 13.
