Tender For Construction Of Drain At Narayani Mata Circle. - Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size 3 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete all RCC structural elements upto plinth levelincluding curing compaction finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement M20 Grade nominal mix (with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 4 Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundations in basements rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns , etc. up to plinth level. 5 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. Tremo Mechanically treated bars 6 Silt clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr. and lead up to 50Mtr. 7 CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS - Earth, Sand, Lime Morrum manure or sludge. For 1 K.M. 8 Repair to stone masonary in cement sand mortar 1:6 with old and new stone. 9 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish:20 mm thick. 10 Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 40mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 11 Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1:3 with 35mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix complete with good finish with : Stone slab 100 to 150 mm thick average 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level M20 grade Nominal Mix (with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 13 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 14 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 15 Earth work in excavation including stacking/ disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). mechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper 16 Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 31000 mm dia
