Tender For Construction Of 33 Kv Maroofpur Bay At 132 Kv Substation Dhanapur Under Electiricty Transmission Division-Iii, Sahupuri - Carriage of lattice structure on vehicle from EFU Naini to 132 KV S/S Dhanapur distance approx. 150 km. 1. 33 kV ABL 2. 33 kV ALP 2 Sorting, Counting, Stacking erection mark wise and proper loading of structure on vehicle. 3 Safe carriage of loading structure from EFU Naini to 132 KV S/S Dhanapur Nagar through vehicle to be provided by the contractor including all cost. 4 Unloading of structure from vehicle, its sorting counting and proper staking at the premises of 132 KV S/S Dhanapur at suitable place. 5 Generation energy saving and environment friendly long life versetile pressure die - cast aluminium outdoor high beam flood light with power 150 watt ( LED ) as light source and exclusively designed carbonate fitting. Std Make Havells, Philips, Crompton, Bajaj. 6 Erection of structure part the job consist of shifting of all materials, stucture parts nut bolts etc from store to erction store.Proper erction of structure as per drwaing and all other associated works. 7 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments from store to site including of all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 8 33 KV CB 9 33 KV LI 10 33 KV BI 11 33 KV CT 12 33 KV C&R PANEL 13 Jumpering of bus bar to equipments and equipments to equipments for bus bar to ACSR Panther conductor. (Rs100/Per Jumper) 14 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the trench from control panel to diffrent type equipments juction box as per cable schedule and drawing, its sadding/ bonding at every 1 meter distance with aluminum strip 25x1 mm size including shifting of cable drums from store/ other substation store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work including carriage to complete the job satisfactorily. 15 2c x 2.5 sq mm 16 4c x 2.5 sq mm 17 6c x 2.5 sq mm 18 Earthing of structure equipments etc, including welding with main earthmat below 700-800 mm below the ground level and above ground up to top of structure/ equipments including excavation of earth, welding with main earthmatand painting of earthing plate with green colour of standard quality paint including cost of all consumable material including 50x6 sqmm MS Flat etc, labour and T & P Should be provided by contractor 19 Supply and installation of Junction box of size 280x225x150mm made of 16 SWG sheet with grey paint suitable for 2,4,6 C 2.5 sqmm Control cables incoming and outgoing fitted with terminal blocks as per standard make and fixing of junction box on Colums of ALP. 20 Providing and fixing for Maintenance of ACDB indoor and outdoor for AC Supply of above mention bay 21 32A TPN SFU , 10 KA Havells/Siemens/Anchor make 22 20A SP , MCB 10 KA Havells/Siemens/Anchor make 23 Providing Equipments Connecting Clamp Suitable for Below Items 24 PG Clamp moose to Panther 25 PG Clamp Panther to Panther 26 CT Clamp twin panther 18 mm rod size
