Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - 3D COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE GLOBAL ADVANTAGE 07 10 07; GLOBAL ADVANTAGE 07 10 07; Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC); AS PER SCOPE OF WORK; No 1 Preventive Maintenance to be carried out once in a year of the CMM Model No. CMM GA 07 10 07 (SL.No. GLOB000839) E 2 Two emergency breakdown visits per year during the contract period. E 3 4 Calibration of the CMM once in a year Im E Details of Preventative Maintenance: E 5. Overall machine check up. Checking of all electronic signal levels, repair or replacement of defective parts from RCI stocks if necessary E 6 Checking of Air supply system, Axes Drive systems, Encoder Signals in all axes, power supply to the machine & CNC Controller and machine probe system. E 7 Required cleaning of machine axes guide ways & cleaning of the scales in all axes. 8 Lubrication of Machine Components if such is prescribed and required. 9 Inspection of the air filters and cleaning and inspection of regular and if necessary to set regulator. 10 Physical checking of scales and the reader heads positions if necessary to align the same. E 11 Spares/wear parts for replacement, if identified during intervention/servicing, to be recommended in writing. The same to be replaced during the next intervention after it has been procured by the RCI. E 12 Cleaning & Checking of X,Y,Z-axis drives motors, belt tension and adjustment, sub assemblies of machine and control cabinet 13 Checking and cleaning of air bearings or replacement on the entire axis. E 14 Drive bar alignment on X & Z axis. E 15 Attend to problem if any reported by RCI during visit 16 Machine to be handed over in satisfactory working condition 17 Service report submission at the end of preventive maintenance visit. 19 18 Details of Calibration: The calibration will be done using length bar of size 30mm to 500mm as per CMMA accuracy tester. 20 Overall machine checks 21 X,Y, Z-axis liner error checking and correction 22 XY, YZ,ZX squamess check and correction 23 X,Y,Z volumetric check. 24 After the satisfactory calibration, calibration certificate to be issued. E 25 The contract will commence from the date of placement of order and will be valid for the duration of 03 years. 26 Down Time Penalty Clause: If the Operational Maintenance is down by two working days, the maintenance contract will be extended for 05 days accordingly, after AMC period Total Quantity :
