M & L to repair potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and rolled and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed and rolled (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings etc.) using paving bitumen.

Preparing old road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen.

M & L for bituminous premixed carpet, 2cm consolidated thickness, with 0.27 cum. of stone chippings mixed with 14.6 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using paving bitumen.

M & L for premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface using paving bitumen.

Moorum or red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (Spread thickness 50mm).

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow.
