Tender For Spl Repair To Solar Water Heater Under Ge (East) Ferozepur Cantt.; 1 M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connectionof capacity 300/200/100 litres per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testingcomplete:- (a)Descaling/desludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals/Anti corrosive/Anti scaling agent solution, cleaningand washingall copper tube & water circulated pipes of heat convector sets thoroughlycleaning the complete solar panel ofmaking the tube scalefree andreassembling the panel.(b) Cleaning hot and coldwater tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete.Note:- (i) labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of solar water heating system shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1 above.(ii) New spare parts, if required, will be measured and paid separately as supply only. 2 M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connectionof capacity 1000/500 litres per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testingcomplete:- (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nutsbolts , washers, unions, sockets flanges and screwetc complete. (b) Repair of collector fins incl required welding works etc complete.(c) Testing on completion after Repair work and making the Solar Water Heater functional in each aspects.Note:- The Spare parts such as Solar energy collector panel, toughened glass, rubber gasket, hose pipe, insulation for hot water pipe, Assembly ,heating element, thermostat, Water Storage tank, gate valve/float valve, MS Clamp shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.Note:- (i) labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of solar water heating system shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No. 2 above.(ii) New spare parts, if required, will be measured and paid separately as supply only. 3 S&F in repair of complete one solarenergy collector panel (FPC) made of aluminium body with toughened glass complete with copper fins incl all accessories capable to heat 100 Litre water per day suitable to be fitted for1000LPD, 500 LPD, 300 LPD & 100 LPD Solar water heating system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.Make:-Tata BP Solar/Sun Stellar/Inter Solar/RES. Note: 1 Solar FPC collector can heat 100LPD water. 4 Supply only Rubber gaskets made out of fine rubber for Solar panel complete to make system air tight dust and water leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. 5 Supply only Solar rubber hose pipe 1 (25 mm) inner Dia for hot/cold water for solar system of suitablelength as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps of required size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 M&L for Legging to pipes used for Hot water supply or plumbing all around with 25mm min thick bonded material wool preformed, snap on pipe section of density of 144 Kg/cum confirming to IS 9842 for 15 mm Dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply only Evacuated Tubes of 58×1800 MM or equivalent size as of existing complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only Evacuated Tubes of 58×2100 MM or equivalent size as of existing complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply only Hot Water tank Complete Suitable for 500 LPD capacity of Solar Water Heater with provision of electric backup supply incl all accessoriescomplete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply only Hot Watertank Suitable for 300 LPD capacity of Solar Water Heater with provision of electric backup supply incl all accessories complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply only Hot Watertank Suitable for 200 LPD capacity of Solar Water Heater with provision of electric backup supply incl all accessoriescomplete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L cementconcrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations fillings and mass concrete for install of solar collector & support of hot water tank/hot water pipes all as specifiedand directed by Engineer -in-charge. 13 M&Lfor staging of solar system, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates, Iron Sheet base of existingPVC Cold water Tank fabricated from mild steel sections & placing of collector panels on solar panel frame /supporting hot water pipes on hot water tank frame including nuts ,bolts ,washers,welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed add inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. 14 Supply & fix in repair Sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs (Red for phase and Black for neutral) of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cables 1100 V grade drawn through Existing PVC conduits/casing-caping fixed to wall/ceiling etc including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded,unsheathed, copper conductor green in colour as earth wire and duly connected to earth point complete as specified and directed. 15 Supply only heating element for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operatingon 240 v AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge . 16 Supply only thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KWoperating on 240 v AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. 17 Supply only Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage Tank of capacity 500 Litres HDPE/LDPE tank Cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply onlyball brass valves 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fitnut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply & fix in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Supply & fix in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply & Fixingin repair MCB, Single pole 240 V,40 Amps 10 KA B Series complete all as specified and as directed. 22 S&F in repair MCB SPN, 40A - 63Amps, 240 volts, C series, 10KA duly ISI marked, in MCB DB, complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. 23 Supply & Fix in repair sheet metal enclosure SPN DBs 2 way Single door factory made powder coated out of CRCA mild steel sheet 1.2 mm thick with metallic painting white series, 240 volts , 2 way dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCBs duly concealed in wall and making good to disturbed surface and colour matching complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply only MS clamp for existing size of hose pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 25 S & Fin repair 20 MM bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & celling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. 26 S & Fin repair 15 MM bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & celling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. 27 Taking down of Hot Water TankSWH of any Capacity for gas welding ofminor leakageany make or type incl disconnecting electrical and water supply connection, dismantling , stripping up for inspection and repair itbygas welding, cleaning,reassembling and refixing in position complete all as specifiedand directed.Note:- The replacement of UNSV parts shall be measures and paid separatelyunder revelent item.
