Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Geysers And Connected Works At Af Stn Phalodi; 1 Disconnecting water and electric connection in existing position of geyser capacity 25 ltrs including taking down geysers fixed to wall at any height by its own arrangement and repair/replacement of unservicable parts of geyser and same will be fixed at existing position after repair at sitecomplete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) The spare parts will be measured and paid separateley as supply only against appropriate items of BOQ.(ii) Contractor either himself or his accredited agent shall collect the day to day complaint slip from concern JE in the morning daily from AGE E/M office and deposit the same after complaince. If, Contractor fails to attend the complaints of normal nature within 24 Hrshe shall be levied penalty of Rs 50/- per complaint per day.(iii) The contarcor should provide vehicle for attending of daily basis complaint and carry unservicable /serviceable geysers to the work site & AGE E/M office or vice versa.(iv) Nature of complaints either urgent or normal shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Supply only assembly with rubber washer and inlet/outlet of any type complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply only heating element with rubber washer (O ring/Tringle ring) capacity 1.5 KW of any type complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply only heating element with rubber washer (O ring//Triangle ring) capacity 2.0 KW of any type complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply only Indicator bulb neon round/square type single phase 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply only Safety plug 15mm (brass) for geyser capacity 25 Ltr complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply only thermostat 30°C to 70°Crated current 10-15 Amp,230 Voltscomplete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only glass wool complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply only inner tank for geyser capacity 25 ltr ofSteel sheetingfor Geyser complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply only of rubber washer 6 hole for geyser assembly capacity 25 ltr of steel sheeting for geyser complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply only of neck ring for geyser capacity 25 Ltr of any type complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply only bottom cover for geyser capacity 25 Ltr of any type in two halves as per existing Geyser complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply only safety Valve for Suitable Capacity of 25Ltr cap Geyser complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable PVC flexible inlet outletconnection 15 mm dia,45 cm long with brass nuts bolts and washers suitable for hot water supply etccomplete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fixing inreplacement of unserviceable PVC flexible inlet outletconnection 15 mm dia,60 cm long with brass nuts bolts and washers suitable for hot water supply etccomplete all as specified and directed. 16 Material & Labour for stoping the leakage by brazing of inner copper/steel tank not exc 2.5 cm in length and making the tank leak proof including testing etc complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable outer body/cover suitable for 25ltr cap geyser made out of mild steel pre-treated and stove enamelled sheet of 18 SWG complete with top and bottom cover, rubber gasket, stead screw for fixing the top and bottom cover to outer body easing including two coat of white synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material & Labour for grouting the bolt of size 6x1/2 with nut in wall in repairs for fixing the geysers complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fixing in replacement of MS bracket for mounting of Geyser 25 Ltr cap complete all as specified and directed 20 Material & Labour for spray painting to geysers of capacity 25 ltrs with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of red oxide(primer) including scratching of old paint and making surface smooth by using filler etc complete all as specified and directed 21 Supply and fixing Geyser 25 ltr capacity in 5 Star rating, digital display, feather touch panel, shock safe plug, incoloy glass coated element, feroglass technology, PUF insulation 0.8 Mpa high working pressure, Whirlflow technology, IPX-4 protection suitable for, 50 Hz, AC 240Volt, single phase supply, white blue with overall length approx 620 mm with wall mounting accessories & 02 Nos flexible pipe connections all as specified and directed. 22 Taking down carefully copper /aluminium sub main wiring of any size including fixture and fittings through any type of conduit and removingmaterial from site icluding making good distrubed surfaces of walls/floors/ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC casing caping ISI marked size 20mm with accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 2.5 Sqmmsingle core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cableas earth conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC casing caping of 20mm shall be measured and paid as one unit length. 24 Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC casing caping ISI marked size 20mm with accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 4.0 Sqmmsingle core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cableas earth conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm cable, one run of 4.0 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC casing caping of 20mm shall be measured and paid as one unit length. 25 Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC casing caping ISI marked size 25mm with accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 6.0 Sqmmsingle core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cableas earth conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable, one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC casing caping of 25mm shall be measured and paid as one unit length. 26 Supply and fixing in replacement of Single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket, one single pole 20 Amps, 240V MCB, 10KA , B curvecomplete all as specified and directed. 27 Supply and fixing in renewalSP 06 to 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing andcommissioning complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and fixing in renewal Switch socket combination 6A/16A, 5 in 1, flush type complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply and fixing in renewal plug top 3 pin 15 Amp complete all as specified and directed. 30 Supply and fixing in renewal metal clad plug top and socket3 pin 15 Ampcomplete all as specified and directed. 31 Supply and fixing Switch socket combination 5A/16A, 5 in 1, flush type with PVC boxcomplete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable 25 mm width heavy duty double lock press type casing & caping ISI marked fixed to wall /ceiling using screws of suitable size including removing the existing for replacement complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable 40 mm width heavy duty double lock press type casing & caping ISI marked fixed to wall /ceiling using screws of suitable size including removing the existing for replacement complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Supply and ix in repairs for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia heavy duty alongwith street light poles fo wire from junction box to light fittings including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.
