Tender For Repairs To Various Steel Furnitures Including Painting And Polishing And Other Misc Repairs To Furniture Items Under Ge Nasik Road.; 1 Recaning of Chair Dining, Chair Easy and Chair Writing FD-228/279/17/229 FD-20/280/DB-3972 2 Removing old plastic cane from position and recaning with white/yellow colour plastic cane of 1.8mm widex 0.40 mm thick as per Godrej pattern to the wooden furniture such aschair dinning 3 Conversion of double bunk charpoy frame steel GI 32mm (FD-112) 4 Removing the existing worn out UNSV Newar from Charpoy frame steel GI 32mm as directed by Engineer -In -Charge. 5 Supply and fixing cleats of flat iron 40mmx6mm thick (04 Nos per Charpoy) not less than 50mm long welded to short frame steel 32mm including drilling of holes on each cleats of fixing the plywood with nut and bolt and providing 02 nos of stiffeners of MS square tube 25mmx25mmx1mm thick between long rail to long rail duly drilling of three hole to each stiffener to fixed the plytop on it providing 12mm thick plywood commercial BWR grade ISI mark on top fixed to each cleats and stiffener with counter sunk nut bolt of required size 08 Nosb Nut & bolt used for each charpoy to fixed the plywood all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 Removing of oldUNSV Stiffener from Charpoy andS & F New stiffener made out of MS square tube 25 x 25 x1mm thick between long rail to long rail as directed by Engineer-in charge. 7 Removing of old U/S cleats from charpoy and S&F new cleats made out of MS flate 40 x 6mm, 50mm long as directed by Engineer Encharge. 8 Repair to Table office clk steel (FD-84/1004 & DB-3988) 9 Removing the UNSV table top and providing new top of size 1800mm length x 610mm wide made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board including 4mm thick teak beading all round the table top complete duly french polished all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge. 10 Removing unserviceable locks and providing new drawer brass lock with stainless steel duplicate keys Make-Godrej for tables all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Removing the UNSV drawers and supply new drawer as per same specifications & size directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Repairs table officer offr steel (FD-84M &1003 ) 13 Removing the UNSV table top and providing new top of size1220mm length x 610mm wide made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board including 4mm thick teak beading all round the table top complete duly french polished all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge. 14 Removing unserviceable locks and providing new drawer brass lock with stainless steel duplicate keys Make-Godrej for tables all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 15 Removing the UNSV drawers and supply new drawer as per same specifications & size directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 Table computer (FD/E6/MAP/03) 17 Removing unserviceable / Broken top of table computer and providing new top of same size made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle boardincluding PVC beadingalround the table top, duly french polished as directed & as shown on Drg. 18 Removing unserviceable / BrokenKey Board Drawer and S & F of New one as per existeing size all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 Removing unserviceable / Broken Drawer with knob and S & F of New one as per existeing size all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 Removing unserviceable / BrokenKey Board Drawers andTable Deawer Sliding Channels and S & F of New one as per existeing size all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 Removing unserviceable / Broken mouse Pad Drawer and S & F of New one as per existeing size all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 22 Repair to chair revolving tilting/chair Computer(FD-75(M) /FD/E6/MAP/01) as under :- 23 Removing the old UNSV/worn out wheels from the chairs, replacing with new nylon/PVC wheel duly fitted to the chair with suitable size of screws all as shown in drawing anddirectedby Engineer-in charge. 24 Removing the old UNSV/worn out Gas lift mechanism/pnuematic pump from the chair, replacing with new high quality gas lift mechanism pump alongwith titling bolt suitable size duly fitted to the chair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. 25 Removing the old UNSV/worn out Arm rest (Handle) from the chair, replacing with new D type PU soft/Hard handles of suitable size duly fitted to the chair with screws/Bolt at required size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. 26 Removing the old UNSV stand Base from the chairs, replacing with new stand made up ofBase PVC with wheel of reqiured size to be fitted to the chair at original shape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. 27 Removing the old UNSV seat from the chair, replacing with new seat made out of 12mm thick moulded ply sheet andchemically treated and cushioning covered by fabric/Leather cloth as approved by GE all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. 28 Removing the old UNSV back from the chair replacing with new back made out of 12mm thick moulded ply sheet and chemically treated and cushioning covered by fabric/leather cloth as directed by Engineer-in charge. 29 Repair to Bed Hard steel MAP (FD/E6/MAP/08) 30 Removing the existing worn out UNSV Ply wood from Bed Hard steel MAP as per drg & directed by Engineer -In -Charge. 31 Supply and fixing of ply wood commercial of size 7 x 3 x 12mm thick BWR grade, Ist mark kit ply (Vista) / Assam power / Anchor on top frame with counter sunk screw with washer of required length all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in-Charge. 32 Removing of oldUNSV Head Rest from Bed Hard Steel MAP andS & F New Head Rest as per existing size and Shape all as specified as perdrawing and directed by Engineer-in charge. 33 Removing of oldUNSV Foot Rest from Bed Hard Steel MAP andS & F New Foot Rest as per existing size and Shape all as specified as perdrawing and directed by Engineer-in charge. 34 Removing of oldUNSV base frame from Bed Hard Steel MAP andS & F New base frame as per existing size and Shape all as specified as perdrawing and directed by Engineer-in charge. 35 Repair to chair Varandah (FD-19(M) / 256 / 259) as under :- 36 Removing old worn out / UNSV plastic cane from chair varandah, welding the loose / broken portion of chair frame wherever required and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white on frame, recanning the chair with 5 mm x 0.4 mm thick plastic cane good quality (recycled cane shall not be used.Provided with 04 Nos rubber shoes to legs of chair varandah all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 37 Repair of Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm Ply Top (FD-220) 38 Removing old Plytop from charpoy GI pipe 32mm & S&F of new plywood made out of 12mm thick plywood commercial BWR grade, ISI Mark Make Kit Ply (Vista/Assam Power/Anchor on top fixed to each cleat with counter sunk nut bolt & washer of required length all as specified and diredted by Engr-in-charge. 39 Removing old U/S stiffner from charpoy and S&F of new stiffner made out of MS Square Tube 25 x 25 x 1mm thick between long rail to long rail as directed by Engr-in charge. 40 Removing of old U/S cleats form GI Charpoy and S&F new cleats made out of MS Flate 40 x 6mm, 50mm long as directed by Engr-in charge. 41 Repairs to Chair Dinning Officer (Map) 42 Supply & fix New Coushion of Chair Dinning Officer along with tepestry Cloth fixed with 6mm wooden bottom ply of exixting size as specified and shown in drg(Rate of Tapestry shall benot less than Rs 250/-per mtr) Cloth will be approved by Enger -in-charge. 43 Tightening of Chair Dinningall as complete including Bamboo pin and Screwduly French polish complete all as shown in drg. 44 Rapair to table 900x900X760mm steel FD-1009 as under :- 45 Removing unserviceable / Broken top of table and providing new top of size 900 x 900 mm made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle boardincluding teak wood beading 4mm thick alround the table top, duly french polished as directed & as shown on Drg. 46 M&L for scrapping of old paint & applying putty and making smoothing of surfaces complete before painting andapplying one coat of red oxied (Steel primer) & two coats of synthetic enamal paint of olive green by spray painting of the following steel furnitures.
