    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - Repair and Maintenance; As per sample; Yes; Service Provider Premises 1. H-061: 03 nos, stanchions on the stbd side were uprooted from the base during the approach to East Island Jetty due to rough weather. Same are to be repaired or renewed as per the sample. The job includes: (a) Surface preparation for welding. (b) Welding of the base. (c) Repair or renewal of the stanchions. (Material: Aluminum) 2. E-09: Sea water leakage observed from Port Gear Box sea water cooling pipe line view small cracks/holes. Lines to be repaired/renewed and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way jobs include:- (a) Removal of pipe line. (b) Assessment of cracks/leakage. (c) Repaired/ renewed of sea water lines. (d) Fitment of sea water pipe lines. (Mat- SS, Dia-25 MM, Length-04 mtrs) 3. E-10: Sea water leakage observed from fwd AC condenser sea water cooling pipe line view small cracks/holes. Lines to be repaired/ renewed and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way jobs include:- (a) Removal of pipe line. (b) Assessment of cracks / leakage. (c) Repaired/renewed of sea water lines. (d) Fitment of sea water pipe lines, (Mat- SS, Dia-25 MM, Length-04 Mtrs) 4. E-11: Sea water leakage observed from Port DA exhaust pipe line view small cracks/holes. Lines to be repaired / renewed and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way jobs include:- (a) Removal of exhaust pipe line and lagging. (b) Assessment of cracks / leakage. (c) Repaired/renewed of sea water lines.
