    Tender For Annual Plan-Ekgp Proj.No:175/26 Painting And Maintenance To Perool Vayanasala-Maintenance Work-General Civil Work -- 1 Painting and Maintanance to Perool Vayanasala 2 14.83:Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) 4 50.9.6.1:Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Using Anjili wood / jack wood 30 mm thick shutters 5 13.62.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to givean even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture . 6 13.81.1:Dis tempering withIst quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams /litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.One coat 7 11.39:Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in colours White, Ivory, Grey, fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
