Sheet should have protective guard film of25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in singlelength upto 12metre or asdesiredbyEngineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using selfdrilling/selftapping screws of size(5.5x55mm)with EPDM seal ,complete upto any pitch inhorizontal/vertical orcurvedsurfaces ,excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required. OD37690/2025-2026:Manufacturing, supplying and fixing signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminimum sheetas approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc. including the cost of painting with twoor more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminimum sheet includingappropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, fixing anderecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of theEngineer-in-Charges. (Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment ).
