    Tender For Structural Audit For Main Building, Tmh; 1 Consulting Services to carry out detailed inspection diagnosis including necessary Non-Destructive tests as per MCGM norms to assess the strength and quality of concrete as required as per given below and submitting structural audit report with life Certificate.Approximate minimum Non-destructive tests to be carried out in Main Buildings lify no. B18,, & Dr liftemorial Hospital Bldg. (Main Building) : The said structure is RCC frame structure. This bldg. has lower ground floor i.e. Basement, upper ground floor and five upper floor having a built up area of approximately 15400 Sqm. 2 Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test 3 Half Cell potentiometer Test 4 Chemical Analysis Test (pH, CI, SO3) 5 Carbonation Depth measurement Test 6 Rebound hammer test 7 Consulting Services to carry out detailed inspection diagnosis including necessary Non-Destructive tests as per MCGM norms to assess the strength and quality of concrete as required as per given below and submitting structural audit report .Approximate minimum Non-destructive tests to be carried out in Lift Wall no. 3 , 4, 10 & Dr. lift.i) Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test – 30 Nos.iii) Carbonation – 20 Nos.v) Rebound hammer test – 30 Nos. 8 Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test 9 Carbonation Depth measurement Test 10 Rebound hammer test 11 Site visit & inspection of work carried out in Monthly Basis Charges including certification of structural report work completed by structural agency time to time with visual inspection & necessary NDT TEST .
