repair maintenance of Various Electrical And Mechanical Services At Nicpr Sector-39, Noida (Up) (Sh- Servicing & Repairing Of 33 Kv Sub Station Equipments)- 1 Overhauling of 2.5, MVA KVA 33/11 KV Transformer Overhauling On Side. 1.Disconnection of HV & LV terminations. 2. Disconnection of body protection apparatus wiring. 3.Transformer to be tested for all relevant low voltage tests prior to overhauling. 4. Transformer oil to be drained & shifted to the oil storage tank. 5. Disconnection of bus duct etc. 6. Dismantling of cooling radiators & conservator assembly etc. 7. Dismantling of HV/LV bushings. 8. Opening of transformer cover. 9. Decoupling of off circuit tap switch to be done. 10. Reconditioning of all HV/LV bushings to be carried out. 11. HV/LV bushings to be replaced, if required. 12. Fitment of HV/LV bushings. 13. New sealing gaskets to be provided for all gaskets joints. 14. Cleaning & servicing to be carried out of all butterfly/gate valves. 15. Inspection/servicing of off circuit tap changer to be carried out. 16. Transformer active part to be tanked again & cover to be placed. 17. Making the transformer tank ready for dehydration. 18. Oil filling to be done in transformer tank. 19. Checking the bushings, valves etc. for oil leakage, if any. 20. Transformer dehydration to be carried out with hot oil circulation & external heating process. 21. Dehydration of transformer active part to be carried out till desired parameters are achieved. 22. Fitment of conservator assembly, cooling radiators etc. 23. Oil filling to be done up to conservator level. 24. Transformer oil filtration to carried out. 25. Transformer to be tested for all relevant low voltage tests after overhauling 26. Transformer body & fittings to be cleaned with soap solution & water. 27. Reconnection of body protection wiring. 28. Reconnection of HV/LV terminations. 29. Transformer winding remove in main tank as per your recommendation. 30. All OLTC moving contact clean & all point properly tighten. 31. All says kit replace all transformer. Dismantling works:- 1. Testing of transformer for all relevant low voltage tests. 2. Servicing of the transformer active part to be carried out. 3. Tightness of all windings, pressure bolts, tie rods & bolted connections etc. to be checked. 4. Sand blasting & painting of frame part assembly. 5. External walls & fittings to be painted with epoxy paint. (Shade 631 of IS:5) 6. Replacement of all gaskets & oil seals of the transformer. 7. All hardware to be replaced with new. Re-tanking of core & coil assembly. 8. Replacement of all HV & LV bushings. 9. Replacement gays kit of all butterfly/globe valves, WTI, OTI, MOG, Marshalling box & MOG etc. 10. Filling of new transformer oil and filtration of oil. 11. Complete assembly of transformer on test bed & routine testing of transformer. 12. Loading of transformer, fittings etc. on the truck. Transportation to your Dalla plant. 13. Unloading of the transformer at site. 14. Erection, testing & commissioning of the transformer at site. Following teststo be performed on the transformer. (a) Measurement of voltage ratio test. (b) Measurement of insulation resistance test & PI (c) Checking of polarity and vector relationship. (d) Measurement of winding resistance. (f) Magnetic balance test & measurement of magnetizing current at low voltage 1.1 SITC of 2.5 MVA Transformer all Gays’ kit replaces 1.2 SITC of 2.5 MVA Transformer all Protection checked 1.3 SITC of 2.5 MVA Transformer LV oil seal replace. (4 No. r, y, b, n)
