Complete Checking,inspection and overhauling of 62.5KVA Kirloskar make Diesel generator (Cummins make engine) set installed at 132KV S/S Bindki.Above work includes replacement of feed pump kit cam bearing tapped roller,control rod,starting spring,oil seal packing kit, including radiator cleaning and associated work to complete the work satisfactorily.All man power & T&P will be provided by contractor at his own cost for successfully running of DG set. Supply of 12Volt,150Ah battery set of branded make (Exide/Tata/Amroan) for above Diesel Generator at 132KV S/S Bindki underETD-Fatehpur.

Providing & Fixing Engine oil 10Ltr. (Specified:-SAEAPI CF-4 & MB 228.1) & Coolant 5Ltr (Type JIS K 2234-94 class 2) all man power & T&P will be provided by contractor at hisowncost.

Complete checking & Repairing of all electrical connection between Diesel generator DB to main control room ACDB also switchyard ACDB,all man power & T&P also some spare parts like(Lugs,10mm multistrand copper cable, if required) will be provided by contractor at his own cost for successfully running of DG set.
