Complete maintenance of garden with entire garden features in the garden area i.e. trees shrubs, potted plants, hedge etc. and removal of all weeds, watering mowing of lawn, pruning of trees/ shrubs, clipping of hedge / and replacement of potted plants, top dressing of garden area with good earth and manure once / twice a year a per requirement, and removal of garden rubbish from the premises, including application of fertilizers and pesticides / insecticides / fungicides according to the requirement ( excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department or shall be measured payment. Provision of PVC Pipe, Hessian cloth, can basket , broom Phool, T&P, Lawn mower, lubricants, sundries and any machinery required for maintenance of lawn. (Per Acre Per Month x 4.75 x 36 month)

Provision of Hedge in periphery of one portion of Park 336 mtrs. Or 1109 fts of Murraya exotica. (1109 to be planted one time)
