Tender For Routine,Preventive,Breakdown Maintenance And Overhauling Works Of Lt Electrical Equipments Of Units 1-4 For The Year 2025-26. --1 Routine, Preventive,Breakdown maintenance & Major repairs works of various LT Switch gears panels of one Unit. 2 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of 0.25 KW to 10KW of one unit. 3 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of above 10 KW to 30 KW of one unit. 4 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of above 30 KW to 70 KW of one unit. 5 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of above 70 KW to 90 KW of one unit. 6 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of above 90 KW to 110KW of one unit. 7 Routine inspection and maintenance, Breakdown maintenance works of various LT Motors of above 110KW to 132KW of one unit. 8 Breakdown maintenance works of Motorized actuators of flow control valves/dampers/gates, of units 1-4, alongwith valve setting and operational checks, of one unit. 9 Inspection, cleaning and keep-up and attending any defects with the Local Control panels of IAC, SAC, Air Drier, DC Scanner Fan, FCWP, ACWP, MOT Oil Centrifuge, Main steam Block Valves (S-60/40, MS-01/02) of one unit. 10 Routine and Breakdowns maintenance of ESP HVRTs, EC panels & ACP panels. Inspection for healthiness/ normal operation, maintenance and keep-up of Rapping Motors , Shaft and support insulators heaters at ESP of one unit. 11 Attending to the electrical defects and normalization of operation of EOT Cranes 1,2 & 3 , EOT Cranes at Workshops I & II. 12 Cleaning of Cables and cable trays of LT equipments of Boiler, Turbine and Station Building equipments, Mill feeders layouts, and Cable Galleries of @ 0 Mtr, 4.5 Mtr, 7.5 Mtr & 10.5Mtr of TG building, areas of junction boxes of Wall Blowers of one unit. 13 Cleaning of Cables and cable trays of LT equipments of ESP, dewatering of cable trenches at ESP of one unit. 14 Cleaning of Cables and cable trays of FCWP,ACWP,CVP, Compressors and H2CBP stations of one unit. 15 Cable joining/termination, Glanding, Routing and dressing of cables during any of the plant emergencies/ break downs which need cabling maintenance/ restoration work, required to normalize the system/ equipments of one unit. 16 Overhauling works of Horizontal Bus bar panels of 415 V AC & 220 V DC switchgears at station building & ESP. 17 Overhauling works of LT Breaker panels of 415 V AC & 220 V DC switchgears at station building & ESP. 18 Overhauling works of Vertical Panels of 415 V AC & 220 V DC switchgears-double front, at station building & ESP. 19 Overhauling works of AC LT Switchgears-double front, 415V AC. 20 Overhauling works of electrical valve/damper actuators at Boiler & Turbine areas. 21 Overhauling works of 415 V AC / 220 V DC Motors: Up to 2.0KW. 22 Overhauling works of 415 V AC / 220 V DC Motors: Above 2.0KW up to 10.0KW. 23 Overhauling works of 415 V AC / 220 V DC Motors: Above 10KW up to 30.0KW. 24 Overhauling works of 415 V AC Motors: Above 30KW up to 70.0KW. 25 Overhauling works of 415 V AC Motors: Above 70KW up to 90.0KW. 26 Overhauling works of 415 V AC Motors: Above 90KW up to 132.0KW. 27 Overhauling works of 415 V AC Motors: Above 132.0KW. 28 Overhauling works of Wall blowers & APH Blowers- electrical system. 29 Overhauling works of local control panels of SAFs, centrifuge, compressors, Air drier, DC SAF/ AC SAF/ EOP /JOP/ACWP/FCWP/H2CBP. 30 Overhauling works of Electronic Controller Panels at ESP. 31 Preventive maintenance works of High Voltage Rectifier Transformers. 32 Overhauling works of Shaft & support insulator heaters. 33 Filtering of HVRTs transformer oil. 34 Supervision of all works by Diploma grade supervisor. 35 Attending of Breakdown works of LT Equipments on emergency calls night. 36 Supplying and painting two coats of Synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and scraping the surface without aplying red oxide primer. (Transformers, HVRT disconnector switch boxes LT Motors, Electrical Panels and Metal Structures)
