Painting And Other Miscellaneous Works In Inspection House Nakur - Excavation in foundation soil ordinary soil including lift up to 1.5 metre (5ft) and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & rimming ofexcavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m(100ft) from the foundation trenches.(SI No. 251) 2 Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2) gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion8:4:1. including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work..(SI No. 281) 3 R.C.C.Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of bindin gwire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(SI No. 283) 4 Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in Superstructure and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(SI No.303+309+310) 5 12 mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10 mm with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work.(SI No. 586) 6 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metres (200 ft) (SI No. 708). 7 2.5 cm (1) thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, aproved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1) graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8) floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including Murga Jali (Rs. 50 per sqm) and including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
