Ii]When Crane Loading Is Not Possible, The Purchaser [By Engaging His Own Labourers] Is Permitted To Cut Rails To Loadable Sizes Of Not Less Than 150 Kgs. Iii.] Purchaser [By Engaging His Own Labourers] Is Permitted To Cut Rails And Hand Over The Excess Quantity To The Custodian. Nfs- As Per Tms /Ds8 Uploaded In Tms.
