Tender For Work Of Girraj Canal Restoration--1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. : All kinds of soil 2 Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegitaion, grass, bushes, sherbs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mmm, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material upto 100m from road boundary as per Morth Specification:201 By Mechenical means : In area of thorny Jungle 3 Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.beyond 30 cm upto 60cm 4 5.15 Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated materialata lead up to 50 m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.5.15.1 In all types soils/ saturated soil such as morrum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.5.15.1.2 Add extra for over all depth of excavation above 1.5 m and upto 3.0 m Earth Cutting (Quantity as per L section and X section Analysis) 5 5.7 Removal of slit/soil/earth, sand, pebbles, Malba, debris, rubbish, stone pebbles & obstruction deposited in canal bed up to design line grade andsections having design due to erosion/scour/slips in canal banks/silting with or without bushes and weeds etc. in dry or moist condition from canal bed including dewatering, loading unloading and disposal at suitable place as directed by Engineer in charge with initial lead of 50m. and lift upto 1.5 m with proper dressing on canal bed complete in all respect.Measurements of works for item No. 7 (a) & 7 (b) shall be limited to canal bed area only5.7.4 Extra on item 7(c) only if silt clearance is done under water & mud. 6 5.9 Extra charges for disposal of excavated/rehandled material in required profile laid in uniform layers and given side slopes well dressed havinglayer thickness including loading and un-loading wherever required with cost of dewatering wherever required complete in all respect5.9.2 Not exceeding 20cm | Add extra for each subsequent lead of 500m or part,there of beyond 0.50 Km. & upto 5 Km (75% of total volume) 7 5.8 Re-handing of excavated material including loading unloading and dressing within initial lead of 50 m and lift of 1.5m with cost of de-wateringwherever required and all applicable taxes and levies etc. complete in all respect | 5.8.1 Earth / Soil | 5.10 Extra lead over item no 1 to 8 of excavated matrerial. | 5.10.3 Add extra for each subsequent lead of 500mor part, there of beyond 1/2 Km. & upto 5 Km 8 5.17 Earth work in rough (borrow area) excavation for embankments in hard soil, morrum or highly weathered strata dry or moist, including laying in 20 cm layers (before compaction) and breaking of clods, sorting of grass, pebbles etc. and dressing when compacted by sheep foot roller/pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of at least 98% of Standard Proctor density with initial lift of 1.5m (Excluding charges for compaction and watering) including loading and un-loading wherever required complete inall respect. | Deduct in item no 16 (a) to (d) above if Standard Proctors density to be achived is at least 95% | 5.17.1 With initial lead of 250 m | 5.17.3 Add extra for each subsequent lead of 500m or part thereof beyond 1/2 Km and up to 5 km Quantity as per L section and X section Analysis 9 9.1 Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Design mix M-15 including leads of all construction materials, plastizers (if required), curing,compaction and finishing with rendring in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost ofcentering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto (Mix design with Cement content 320 kg)9.1.2 80 mm
