Tender For Shifting Of Chain Link Mesh Fencing At 132 Kv S/S Baroda.; 1 Dismentling of chainlink mesh fencing which include taking out the mesh from the posts including barbed wire and lower & Upper Runner Angles if any, i/c stacking , rolling the mesh and keeping all taken out material at specified place in desired pattern including all labour , T&P, taxes etc as per direction of Engineer in Charge 2 Taking out MS Angle Posts of Yard fencing from the embedded pits or piles by excavating the pit or exposing the piles and then separating it from the concrete mass through chieseling , hammering or any other suitable safe method so that the post remains intact and then stacking it at desired place including all labour , T&P, taxes etc as per direction of Engineer in Charge 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kinds of soil 4 PEarth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, Note:-Excavation of hard rock shall be the property of the contractor subject to recovery. excavated material has to shift from site within 15 days after instruction issued by Engineer-In- Charge otherwise after this penalty will imposed on contractor at the rate of Rs 50 percum per day. Ordinary rock 5 Providing and laying in position cement concreteof specified grade excluding the cost of centeringand shuttering - With 40mm nominal size graded stone aggregateM-7.5 Nominal Mix -1 Cement : 4 sand : 8graded stone aggregate 6 Providing and laying in position cement concreteof specified grade excluding the cost of centeringand shuttering - All work upto plinth level :With 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate.M10Nominal (Mix-1 Cement : 3 sand : 6 gradedstone aggregate ) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form work for :Upto plinth: Foundations, footings, bases forcolumns, plinth beams, curtain walls, columns below plinth. 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Upto plinth: Foundations, footings, bases for above plinth: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, and string courses fillets etc 9 Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 10 Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with water proofing cement paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats onnew work. 12 P/F 2400 mm high chain link mesh 75x75 mm square size of GI wire 4 mm dia conforming to IS specification 2771-1981 including all necessary arrangment for fixing the same to angle iron post such as hooks, cleats, washers, upper & lower runner GI wire with cost of chain link mesh and all other fixtures complete as per Drawing No.T&D/DRG./MISC./2/R3 and direction of Engineer- in- Charge. 13 P&F Barbed wire (9.38 Kg per 100 M min.) to MS Angle Iron posts including screwing with GI tying wire staples or steel pins I/c cost of wire, staples pins etc. as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge 14 Labour only for fixing of chain link mesh fencing in position on angle iron with nuts, bolts, washer including grouting of post if required including cost of nuts,bolts, flat washers of size 100 x 30 x 3mm as required but excluding cost of other material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Labour only for steel work in single section for RS joist complete as per direction of Engineeer in charge 16 Labour only for fixing MS angle post in cement concrete complete as per direction of Engineeer in charge 17 Providing & Fixing 100 mm dia AC/PVC pipe with grating for weep holes in Brick masonary/ Plain/Reinforement cement concrete abutments , wing walls, retaining walls etc. extending through the full width of abutments , wing walls, retaining walls etc.with a slope of 1H: 20V including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. 18 Filling available excavated earth (excluding hard rock/Ordinary rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
