GENERAL-RC 2 Phase 1-2025-26 Zone 9One year Running contract for various roads Under road section Kuruppampady ,4 road stretches for a length of 18.75 km-Zone 9-General Civil Work-- 1 Reactive maintenance (Initial rectification work ) 2 55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement. 3 55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface. 4 5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 5 OD286649/2024-2025:od17086/2020_2021 :Providing, laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composedof 11.2mm to .09mm (Morth M-041) aggregates premixed using viscosity grade bitumen (VG 30 @22kg ofbitumen per 10sqm (MORTH 5.7.1 Type A) to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel static roller of 80-100KN capacity,finished to required level and grades :- By manual means 6 OD286650/2024-2025:Providing and fixing RC work board with non reflectorized vinyl sign with 1 year warranty manufactured vinyl printed sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick/ aluminium composite material 4mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming toIS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means ofproperly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete with min size 45cmX45cmX60cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy paint over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc 7 OD311210/2024-2025:Removing the old existing vinyl sticker on the display board running contract and replacing vinyl sticker,including lettering ,symbols and transporting to site as per approved drawing and direction of site engineer 8 Pre monsoon works 9 2.3.2.A:Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessIn area of light jungle - By Mechanical Means 10 OD286655/2024-2025:Hire charges of JCB for clearing water stagnation, deposited sols from road portion etc 11 OD286653/2024-2025:Hire charges for Tipper for removing the materials to the dumping place 12 OD286654/2024-2025:Filling up potholes with bituminous ready mix compound (25 kg bag) and compacting by ramming to get a compact surface after applying bituminous priming coat measured seperately including cost of material, laying charges, transportation to site etc. complete rate is arrived for a bag of 25 kg 13 OD286656/2024-2025:Engaging labour for cleaning existing chocked culverts waterlogged portions etc 14 Proactive / preventive maintenance 15 3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.
